My experience with customer service has been great. Julius went above and beyond to solve my issue.

I ordered a iSprings Whole House water filter about 7 years ago. One of the filter housings developed a small crack and was leaking. I contacted customer service and Francis promptly sent me a replacement housing free of charge. Re-installed the new housing and system is back up and running. Thank you for standing behind your product even after 7 years!

System was easy to install with the YouTube video. Appears to work well after a few days.Julius was helpful with warranty registration.

I had leaking from my I spring system and called the customer service for help. The service representative Jonathan was extremely helpful to point out where the problem is. Jonathan assisted me to order new parts to fix the issues. I greatly appreciate the help from Jonathan and recommend this product for water filter needs.

Jonathan was super helpful and quick with follow ups on our warranty.

We have had and Isprings system on our well water for almost 8 years with excellent water quality from it. Had an issue with it about a week ago and talked with Sean at 123filter.com and within a couple of days had some new parts on the way. Sean’s customer service is excellent, knew exactly what we needed. Will always have one of these units wherever we are. I highly recommend this company for the systems and service. Mike Branco

Very helpful customer service, with Jonathan Hertz replying promptly to my emails about our newly bought iSpring RCC7 filter. We hired a plumber to install the water filter for us as it's quite complicated. Very pleased with product so far, drinking water tastes much better and has lost the smell of chlorine the unfiltered water has (we're based in England). Only thing we're currently investigating is that the wastewater from the filter seems to occasionally fill up the waste water trap under the sink and overflow into the dishwasher. Not entirely sure what is responsible for what yet, and still figuring it out, but it did improve once we closed the filter valve. To be continued.

Very solid product. The after-sale support is very reactive and helpful. I ran into an issue during installation because the adapter included with my system didn’t match the plumbing standard in France. I contacted iSpring support and Julius quickly identified the problem and sent the correct EU adapters.

The replacement arrived quickly and solved the issue right away. Great customer service and support throughout the process.

When my RV UV Sterilizer was destroyed during a water leak...I was very pleased to find this LED UV Filter from iSpring! Great service from Robert during warranty registration and offering the 3 year extended warranty. So far, I'm very pleased with the products offered and the excellent customer service.

We purchased a tankless iSpring RO500AK-BN-UVF8 in 2024 which is working perfectly for us. Recently I noticed that UV LED stopped working and opened a case over email support. Francis is service was quick to resolve and provide replacement UVF8 unit to us.
I strongly endorse this product and customer service. Only suggestion is to offer recycle option for all old RO, CA, and CF cartridges.

I am very pleased with my filter purchasing process. The installation only took one hour and the result is perfect. The technology of the filter is very advanced and will save us lots of time to do the maintenance works. Mr. Jonathan Hertz has done the great job of customer service. His response to my warranty application was so fast and efficient!

Ordered a reverse osmosis filter system from them. One of the parts was faulty, but Julius from sales quickly sent me a replacement part.

It was real easy to install my self. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It actually makes better water than the Culligan water we were using, no more cloudy ice which left white particles in the bottom of a glass.we think it was a wise investment and we don’t have to worry about those 5 gallon bottles any more !
