To be honest they don’t value your business you can get batter quality cloths made with your local Taylor forget about measurements they make their own measurements and I ordered twice from them and both time they stuff up and they won’t reply zero customer service

Alteration looks like they do it with hand people just buy it from JJs trusted brand way better in every way

I always used to order shirts from abroad on sale or buy them on a regular price.On a very very rare occasion bought something casual from Pakistan and never liked it as the prices were high but always disappointed with the products .
But after trying "Ismael Farid", I can say that it has been the best experience ever. First ordered a shirt or two to try them on, after seeing their sizes and the top notch quality, ordered more.

Extremely horrible sewing! I got my husbands sherwani made from them and send them body measurements and they assured me the “master Taylor” will make it loose enough. The sherwani came back and didn’t fit him - it was skin tight!! They didn’t believe me saying they couldn’t have messed up and I sent video proof and then they said they would not make or send a new one unless they got the old back! And I had to pay for the shipping back - even thought it was their fault and I already paid for shipping once! The wedding is in 2 weeks and no telling if it’ll come in time! It has been the most stressful, horrible experience I have EVER had with any designer. I have been on the verge of tears all week begging them to fix their mistake. They go out of their way to make sure you are screwed!! No customer service, professionalism, courtesy, or quality! And arrogance and refusal to admit mistakes on top of it!! They are never wrong! And don’t care about their customers at all! Stay away from them. You are better off buying a cheaper sherwani from people that value your business and treat you like a valued customer.

Extremely poor service. I live in US and tried to get a sherwani made. Made my family go to the shop a dozen time and at the end the sherwani they made bore zero resemblance to what I had ordered!! Excuse being that the designers make whatever they want. Why on earth would they make whatever they want? What's the point of having a custom sherwani made? I would definitely not recommend going here. Better to just buy it off the rack then wear the crap they will make for you.

The staff at this store, particularly the individual at the counter, exhibits an unacceptable level of arrogance. I visited today intending to make a purchase, but was told to return later as they were assisting another client. When I came back 30 minutes later, I was met with yet another excuse, that they had no power.

It is disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior from a brand that represents a designer. Customers should not have to deal with dismissive attitudes, especially when they are there to support the business. I strongly believe people should think twice before engaging with brands that employ staff who act as if they are doing customers a favor rather than providing a service.
