Negligence and Horrendous Service

Terrible service and horrendous communication. I have not received my garments from this so-called "luxury" tailor. First the excuse was a public holiday and now it is the length of the garment. This is a custom made outfit so the length should have never been an issue from the start. Secondly, Omar is not responding to any phone calls and we are now 4 days off schedule. He keep saying 15 mins, then another 5 mins, and now another day. Unbelievably bad experience. This level of disregard, negligence, and unprofessionalism is unlike anything I’ve encountered with any true luxury brand.
