Product not available and no information provided
I ordered a product and had no news for 2 weeks. I sent an email and was said that the product was no more available. No explanation why they didn't send any information prior to my inquiry and no time for the refund.
The product is still on the website with 60% discount.

I ordered a bath because the webite said dispatch in 48 hours. After a week I wanted an update on a Monday. to be told - we're having technical problems in the warehouse. And after pressing - it will be dispatch today, then a few hours later - dispatched the end of this week, then further calls to chase to be told - I've spoken to the warehouse - it will be dispatch today.
Subsequently - 8 calls to the service line - hang for 5 minutes and then it seems - a technical error we can't connect you.
Email the service - no reply.
Call the service line again - technical issues.
It seems the company has a standard policy - blame technical issues.
I am now about to cancel my order, as no one will talk to me, or email me, for all I know they've taken my money and are in South America.
I ordered from superbath.co.uk but I've been billed by isi-sanitaire.fr - they are the same, so I would not deal with either of them.

Don't contact us multiple times??? If you actually answered any of my emails, or phone calls then I wouldn't need to and you ask customers to contact via email if they can't reach you via phone. And I have been trying to contact your customer services to arrange a solution - but no one will answer the phone. Yet again, while typing this reply I've waited 5 mins and "technical difficulties" have ended my call.
ISI-Sanitaire ARE the company that have taken my money for this transaction. I can provide payment evidence that the company dealing with my order is definitely ISI Sanitaire.fr.

To resolve this problem, our whole team was working day and night on the issue which meant that we tried to fast track orders that were particularity affected, hence the change in delivery times.
