Discovered by chance after hesitation and research for an electric boiler, until now my hot water for bathrooms and kitchens comes from my oil-fired boiler and seen that I installed solar panels two years ago, and to benefit free electricity I opted for your boiler which I am happy to install myself as a retired electro-mechanic technician and repair everything ... Good, user-friendly website and easy to navigate.
The website was very easy to use with a detailed description of the product, dimensions, etc. I haven't received delivery yet but hope that the courier service will be just as effecient.

Buyer beware!
Ordered a product which needed to be returned, this was collected in early March however I have still not received a refund for this despite chasing this up with iSi-Sanitaire several times. I had ordered additional items totalling over 600 Euros which I cancelled in light of the fact I have still not had the original item refunded and I have still not had the subsequent order refunded. I have been promised an update but that has not happened, in all honesty I would not order from them again or recommend them as currently I am over 800 Euros out of pocket.

It's very difficult (even impossible) to join by phone but the web portal is user friendly. Moreover communication via emails is also well managed.
