I purchased this with super excitement. After I placed the order, the delevery period of 7 days totally disappointed me, but it took morethan 10days for me to get it. I don't know anything about this product. I may update product related review later.

Untrustworthy, unaccountable, unhelpful

I ordered their product which was stolen off my porch. Despite having a shipping guarantee, and meeting the required parameters, Irestore did not stand by their policy or agreement. Several attempts to get help from customer service were frustrated with automated messages, lengthy delays before finally getting instructions that were not helpful in resolving the issue. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

The product has arrived and was…

The product has arrived and was delivered on the date promised. It's packaged nicely. I purchased the package which included the elite 510 helmet, shampoo & conditioner, supplements, and an additional 3-year warranty.

One challenge that I had was finding my order number. It is not listed on the packing slip, nor is located on the box it's shipped in... you need to refer back to your e-mail order to locate this, so don't delete it before registering for your extended warranty.

Second challenge is getting off the radar of this company for reviews! I get far more than one follow up begging for a review each week and also receive text messages. So, I've finally given in and hope that the Jack Russell terror persistence will let up for my inbox and text messages.

To me, it would seem more appropriate to follow up regarding my experience after the expected 3 - 6 month wait to see gains in my hair growth.

Nightmare. Dead on Arrival. They said they Won't Refund unless I use DEAD product for 1 year.

Nightmare. I will bypass the ordering frustration, the delivery mess and lack of customer service, and go to the product mess. I received it, unpacked the hair helmet, put on the helmet, plugged it in . . . DEAD. I tried different head positions, I tried different outlets. DEAD. After various calls where I sent them the video, they said I could return the helmet and they may refund my $ after they review it. What?! I called the day I received it and I have kept calling even though they didn't call me back. Then I went to PayPal and their response: they would not refund because I need to use it for a year. So what are they saying: I need to wear a helmet that doesn't work consistently for 1 year? I could put a baseball hat on with the same results. No power. That is what they consider good customer service and a good product? Is this a scam company? Seriously, is it?

----- my response --- I did get the voicemail but it now asked for a serial #. Unfortunately a rep told me to send it back (to get a chance of getting a refund for it being dead). So I am confused since another rep wanted me to put a dead helmet on my head consistently for a year (again I could have purchased a football helmet for less money if you just want something to sit there with no red light). So, I don't have it. I also don't have my money. I have nothing.
