Totally scammers

I paid 0.50€ to access my IQ test…

I paid 0.50€ to access my IQ test results, with no clear or explicit indication that this would enroll me in a 49€ subscription.
The following day, I was charged 49€ without my consent.
I contacted customer support and requested a refund, but instead of addressing the issue, I was redirected to a pricing page and denied a refund. After that, my emails were ignored.
What is even more concerning is that many users have reported the exact same issue publicly, and some of them were granted full refunds. However, despite trying to resolve this matter privately and professionally, I did not receive the same treatment.
This lack of transparency and inconsistent handling of customers is highly concerning. I do not recommend this service.

This is a huge scam that i will report…

This is a huge scam that i will report further to the relevant authorities. Paid 0.50 for a trial. Less than 24 hours later the balance of £49.70 was pending on my bank account. I was not aware i was entering a subscription at anytime. This is not only a scam but the time period did not even fit into the 24hrs they had stated and only noticed this once i had clicked on subscription policy. Stay clear of these crooks. I have emailed them but not holding out much hope for a refund. I will be contacting my bank within 24hrs. At least i will give them the full time period of grace that they so cheated me out of!!!!

I paid €0.50 on this website to receive…

I paid €0.50 on this website to receive my IQ test result certificate. The page clearly emphasized the €0.50 price, while the information about a €49.70 monthly subscription was hidden in very small text that was easy to overlook.

After the payment, €49.70 was charged from my account as part of a subscription that I did not knowingly or intentionally agree to. The payment button was labeled “Get your result”, which does not clearly indicate that you are starting an expensive recurring subscription.

This type of design feels intentionally misleading and resembles a subscription trap. The real cost is not clearly presented to users before payment, which can easily lead people to believe they are making a one-time €0.50 purchase.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this website unless they want to risk being automatically enrolled in a €49.70/month subscription.

I accepted a trial, but shortly after my bank card was charged £49.70 (€49.70) without clear warning that this would be a paid and recurring subscription.

There was no clear or transparent information about the charge, and on the website it was very difficult to find a way to cancel. This feels intentionally misleading. Even worse, the payment is set as recurring, meaning they will continue charging you every month if you don’t take action.

I had to contact my bank to block the merchant and start a chargeback.
I strongly advise everyone: DO NOT accept the trial and do NOT enter your card details.

STAY CLEAR IT'S A SCAM

This organisation is a SCAM so do not accept a trial.
After accepting to do a trial I found my bank account with a payment of £49.70 to these scammers. Worse than this, the payment is recurring and if you don't block them they deduct £49.70 each month.
On their website I couldn't find a way to cancel this contract so I contacted my bank.

Scam do not use…

Obviously like alot of others here I just want to do the one test. After, you have to pay like 50p to get results. It doesnt make it clear that this is infact a 50p trial for 24hrs.
