STAY AWAY-SCAM-STOLEN CARD

STAY AWAY- JUST A SCAM
Saw a sale on TikTok for a boneless couch, which I purchased. Within 48 hours I had 2 fraudulent charges on my card for approximately $79.95\ea, and had to report the card as stolen and have a new one issued. I ordered the couch 2 months ago, and will get an email update every week or two with new shipping status, but it seems fake because the original website went down and they're now using a different site to track my order (went from lumensale to lumenpick).

I purchased a boneless couch in January…

I purchased a boneless couch in January 2026. They would update me about once a month, but with little information. Finally March 3rd received message saying was out for delivery. Then another message stating it was delivered to a neighbor on the 11th. This is not true. I was home all day. Checked with my neighbors nothing. I keep inquiring about where it went. Always the same people, James or Justine saying it would take a few days to figure it out. I patiently waited. Nothing yet. Today is March 23rd and still no answer or a refund as they advertise quarantined. I believe this is a scam. So please be careful dealing with them.
