First class. Great prices, great service, great communications. I had a problem caused by the courier; I sent an email explaining what had happened and got a reply immediately. iPhoneFixUK were completely understanding and apologetic and they sent me a replacement the same day. Can't say fairer than that. Top notch, buy with confidence.

Poor experience. Replacing a battery in iphone 5s looked easy based on watching the video on their web site.
It makes it look like an amatuer can easily open up the phone and replace the battery. I completed this with ease but what they dont warn you about is pry damage. My phone stopped working immediately after battery replacement. Upon inspection i couldnt see any damage but an expert under a microscope could see the tiny resisters had been damaged. As iphone have mircosoldering and tiny electonics it is not economical to have them repaired as labour cost is too high. I have been left with a dead phone.
iphonefix UK are really at fault here as they are selling their products to amateurs when really its an expert job for a trained and skilled person.

Ordered a new iPhone battery and was as advertised. It arrived very quickly and I also was able to contact the company and add to my order.

Ordered a replacement iPhone 6s battery. Followed online instructions on how to carry out removal and fitting.

Connection did not seem to be very good. Several unplugs and plugs later, located the connection.

Nothing but a flashing apple symbol.

Searched online from apple for advice. Reply said, either faulty battery(brand new?) or mother board defective?

Would not use again.

Battery arrived, now fitted and working. However, the battery is not a genuine OEM item as advertised.
Contacted iPhoneFixUK with no response.

I will not use again.

What I ordered was not what I received, I emailed asking for the correct item to be sent but have not had a reply, so now would like a refund but don’t know how to get one

No problems - ordered Tuesday - got items next day and sorted out my dodgy I phone battery. Ordered tools too and worked perfectly fine. My wife has an I phone too and I would happily order another battery and any other parts if required from here.

Item not received. No response, from either seller or delivery organisation to enquiries on why goods have not been received.

Ordered on 1st May 2019 @ 6:38pm and paid for next day delivery it arrived 4th May 2019 @ 8:30am hence the low rating.

Ordered a battery on 25th and still hadn’t arrived when a had next day delivery it’s now the 28th.

I received the battery but I did not receive the replacement tools.
I hope you send the tools

I ordered a genuine iPhone 6s battery replacement however I was surprised when I received an after market part branded iParts4u the following day. I contacted them and received a reply in two minutes, they quickly arranged for the genuine part and a return label for the aftermarket part to be sent as well as a basic tool set for my troubles. I received the correct battery within three days of the initial order. I am very happy with the excellent customer service and fast shipping. Beware that the battery replacement doesn’t come with the tools required to open the phone as most sellers include this for free.

Chosen iphone replacement battery not as shown on advert. Photographs showed the battery in two photographs, one of which showed a tool kit next to it in the same photo. When the ordered item arrived, it contained just the battery, not the toolkit as shown as well. When contacted a free toolkit was dispatched the same day. An unnecesary hassle, although easily resolved.

Very quick delivery, also friendly to speak with to handle any questions.
I mistakenly ordered 1 too many items, and they were very helpful in handling the matter and raising a refund.
Item was packaged okay too and works perfectly.
