Problem sorted!

Part ordered was damaged in transit.
Sorting replacement was very straightforward with helpful and understanding staff. I continue to use this company as my first go to place for my iPhone bits and pieces.

Use this company at your peril!

Bought (I thought) a new battery for iPhone in Jan 2023. No response to phone call. Sent email as suggested by voicemail. No response. Called again and no response to email (now almost a month). Absolute shambles and I don't believe company exists. Will take up with my bank.
I have checked and Companies House report this company as dissolved and the registered director is Zoe Victoria Lavender also of Torquay. Total waste.

Great service

I ordered a new screen for Iphone 11 pro which arrived on due date. My daughter gave me another phone which did not have a cracked screen, so I asked if I could return and have a refund. I was informed that providing the screen sent was returned in perfect condition they would grant a full refund. I packed the screen in a suitable package along with the returns label. I tracked the package which was delivered the next day at 12.40pm Saturday. The refund was credited to my account a few days later. From my experience of this company I have no quibbles. Very good service and politeness from a guy called Liam. I would use them again

Worst company on-line

Worst company on-line. They used UK but I dont think they are based in the UK. Their customer service has only customers but NO SERVICES at all. Until this time (more than 2 weeks now) I havent heard from them about a faulty item that I wanted to return. Avoid at all cost. Trust pilot, can you add a half or a quarter star choice for review.

Non existent customer service

This is by far the worst internet purchase experience I have had, the item, once it arrived, was as expected, but that is as good as it gets. My order was placed on 20/9/22, it finally arrived on 4/10/22, only after having to pay £1.50 extra postage, because the sender had not paid enough. I have sent 5 emails asking for delivery updates, tracking number etc, and one for a refund of £1.50, without reply. Looking at similar reviews, I’m not the only one, so best avoid them.

Ordered a part my iPhone

Ordered a part for my iPhone , they took the money and sent me a wrong part , emailed them , they asked me for model number and serial number , two days later they sent me an empty package . Now can’t get hold of anyone . If anyone knows where they live PLEASE LET ME KNOW .

wrong part received and poor service

wrong part received. I filled in the online form twice and both were ignored. I phoned twice and it just gives a message to tell you to use email. I emailed twice and their server refused to respond to a request to contact.

Poor service - unable to contact

Ordered wall charger plus cable. Only received cable. Tried to contact by email but my provider could not deliver the email after 2 days of trying. Something strange (dishonest?) going on here! Given previous reviews might be best to avoid this company.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Ordered a specific screen protector, they sent the wrong one. Sent 4 emails, contacted on Facebook and messenger. They replied only after I explained I would be contacting my bank for a charge back. Liam said he hadn't had any emails from me and asked me to resend them. I did and they then blocked my emails. Seems this company is happy to steal people's money. Thankfully my bank is now stepping in to sort it. Might only seem a small amount to some but if they keep doing this to customers they are making a lot of money for very poor service.

No reply to emails

Hi I just received my order and it is missing the lphone 7 plus LCD Back-light Is there some reason for this, or is this to follow. Could you please let me know what's going on.. very disappointing for such a small order. Exactly the email that was sent but, 24 hrs latter still no reply, do not bother trying to phone as that is BS, how is it faster to get a reply by email than a phone call.

Dangerous iPad Air battery

I got an iPad Air battery, it was terrible, nowhere near as much power I got an alternative from another company which was fine but on removing the iPhonefixuk battery I found that their battery swollen and dangerous. They are refusing to refund and want me to send it back to them even though it is swollen and dangerous and no courier will deliver it.

Hope you read first, so you can AVOID!!!

Save you the time, please avoid and go to another reputable company that has better reviews and customer service. Purchased a iPhone screen that was fine until after 6 months starting showing problems. They advertise 12 months guarantee but don't honour it as they blame the poor quality product as it being you fault even though the product has been used daily as normal. Been forced to spent more money to purchase another screen from another company that has much better TP reviews and excellent customer service. The delays with email replies and when replies where sent were just complete avoidance of the issue and complete blame of myself (customer) that I caused the screen to start to show faults.

What a service!

What a service!! I bought a battery in error and spoke to Scott who told me the battery I need. the battery was sent out and I received the next day. Scott also provided me with his knowledge on how to remove the battery safely. I was very weary about the company when I read the reviews but so pleased I went with my gut instinct. Great customer service, highly knowledgeable staff I would totally recommend this company.
