Very good customer service
I purchased a battery for my iPhone SE and it arrived very quickly. Unfortunately the battery didn’t last long before it swelled up and caused my iPhone case to open. I contacted iphonefix via their website and got a very swift response asking me to return the battery to them to be tested. I got an immediate response when the battery arrived back with them, and a refund was paid the same day. Whilst it’s a shame my battery was faulty, I can’t fault the way in which the problem was dealt with so quickly and without question. Many thanks
New battery for Samsung Note 8
New battery for Samsung Note 8, turned out to be a third party battery. I was replacing a battery with 71% remaining capacity. The "new" battery had a capacity of 49% and barely gets half a day use, drops 40% charge on overnight 6 hrs standy.
Didn't reply to my e-mails so warranty claims are a lie.
Yes it was new, yes it worked, but was total poo, dont waste your time or money.

Advertise genuine batteries which are fake and will die within 3 months!
Claim to send tools and a gasket but end out sending the fake battery on its own then will claim to send the rest of your order out to you multiple times until you give up. Advertise a 5 star Trustpilot rating on their website which is showing at 2.4 at the moment! Tells you everything you need to know about this individual (I sat that because to call it a company is a joke).
Save your money and stay WELL CLEAR.
HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE

I have used this company in the past and their products and service were excellent. Based on this,without a second thought,I ordered a genuine replacement battery for my iPhone on 16 March. On 22 March I received email stating order now processed with a 3 day delivery………the tumbleweed continue to roll!
I emailed last Friday,1 April asking for information as to no delivery. No reply. Daily since then I have emailed. Again no reply. On Tuesday 5 April I phoned the 0800 number with an answerphone message stating “contact us by email”, no option to speak with anyone.
Yesterday I checked Trust Pilot for background info,even to see if the company had gone bust.

Questioned by e Mail and informed Royal Mail
had problems with battery posting so why offer.
Was then requested to advise a carrier I would wish to use for delivery.
Why ask me, why not arrange and send by whoever they normally used.
They even had the cheek to request extra payment which I ended up agreeing to but to no avail as still no battery delivered or refund.
I have been sending e mails every two weeks from mid December 2021 this now March 2022 requesting any kind of response but to no avail therefore this being my negativity regarding this company,
DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THEM.

Ordered 2 batteries, 1 arrived bent, other not genuine. The return request was approved and informed me to send to their address upon which they will refund & replace the damaged battery.
I sent them the tracking code which they replied I ought to send by courier and not post, therefore likely they won’t receive them as Royal Mail will destroy batteries.
Anyhow they did get delivered, the tracking confirmed it’s delivered with a picture of their house.
Yet they didn’t refund or send a replacement. They stopped replying to emails.
Basically they’ve gone back under the rock they hide at!
Really bad business people. Thief.

iPhone 7 battery failed after one months, battery swelled like another customers' and popped up the screen!
Sent couple of online requests, email and trying various different ways to contact iphonefixuk, I still have no reply.

Order #1014826 - Purchased an Apple Watch Series 4 Battery, paid for next day delivery! All arrived however upon opening the box the battery was broken. The cable was not attached. My cash stolen
My cash stolen. I paid for a cover for my ipad which did not arrive. They then emaield to say did not have and money refunded. NOT TRUE. My bank told me I needed the payment reference number of the payment they had sent me and response was "there isn’t anything we can do, please contact your payment issuer to check the status" My bank told me to ask again and ignored. Broken iPhone 8 cable
Ordered an iPhone 8 replacement screen and LCD. Unfortunately, one of the ribbon cables on the back of the LCD appeared to be damaged, meaning that the home button no longer worked. Have sent several emails and filled out the return form on their website but have not heard back from anyone. Phoning the number on their website directs you to email them, which then don't appear to get answered. 2 stars due to the quality of the screen and LCD appearing relatively acceptable other than the broken cable.
Update: Replaced the screen with one purchased from Amazon and the home button now works, can confirm that the ribbon cable was the issue.

Totally unreliable. I never received a battery I had ordered 4 months ago and I am still chasing them through emails to get a refund. They re totally ignoring my emails. Completely unprofessional!!!
This is an abysmal online shop
This is an abysmal online shop. I purchased a battery from them and was sent the wrong one (in the correct packaging). It's been now a full month trying to get this sorted out. After ignoring emails (later said that they didn't receive them), they promised to send a replacement. Two weeks later and nothing arrived. They're now again being unresponsive.
They seem to be ordering their batteries from AliExpress and selling them in the UK at a higher price.

Bought a battery for Samsung tab off there web site (after Google search) and paid for & received invoice & delivery date : ) That,s the good part !
Received battery as promised, but they sent wrong battery ( nothing like the photo on the order page) and i have now sent 3 x e-mails & 1 x phone call & no response whatsoever. Phone call is waste of time as all it says is- we do not take calls, all queries must be sent to their e-mail address- which obviously they ignore ( if it means they are at fault & could cost them some money) & indeed never heard back from them.
Wish i had used TrustPilot before ordering from these

Disappointed
My experience with this company has been horrendous with a don’t care attitude my order was supposed to be delivered on the 6 january and it’s now the 19 th the delivery company could not find us strange everybody else can but iPhonefixuk was not interested or helpful personally I would never use this company again

Fast delivery - wrong product
Placed an order before Christmas, received it a few days later to find that the wrong part had been dispatched. I contacted as soon as I noticed (since what I received was incompatible), and received no reply.
Moreoever, was surprised at the lack of safety labels on the outter packaging, knowing that it was a replacement phone battery that I'd ordered.
Thankfully I carried out the transaction through Paypal, and after I notified them of the complaint and elevated it to a "claim", a refund was issued after a few days. If you have to buy through this site, I'd definitely recommend using PayPal to cover yourself.
Update: It's a very convenient excuse to claim that you replied to an issue, after someone has posted a negative review. Considering the number of complaints about no aftercare/ lack correspondence over issues with orders - to claim that a reply was sent is very suspect.
I gave ample time for a response, and checked spam inboxes frequently on the off-chance. No reply was received. The only action taken was after escalating my claim with PayPal. There was even opportunity to respond through PayPal before escalating, and no response was sent.
