Online Shipping Gouging - Coupons

Watch for online Groupon merchant gouging.
Purchased a voucher for some cosmetics from Ios Cosmetics on Groupon, and when I went to use the code, the shipping changed from free to $24.99 usd.
Take a look at the photos.
If the shipping was $5.99 I would pay it, but $25 usd for a very small bottle of cream is gouging!
When I messaged them, they told me "we are a small business and rely on shipping fees". Too bad they don't rely on good reviews and happy customers.
