Hello Jorge,
This is correct the support agent provided the correct information but didn't provide a solution, not even for the 5 year policy for domain renewal with ionos, for .mx tld max is 10 years
My concerns are :
1) the chat was closed even after I asked for 1 second, i was typing another message on the chat and then I was kicked (still while typing)
2) I manage other domains with other registrars and have always had the option to renew my domain in advance, as a precaution or for convenience
3) your guide doesn't mentioned this under the requirements. I submitted a feedback for this

For now, it is not possible to make this renewal. You will need to wait until a few months remain before its expiration to renew it for several years.

Si tu contrato tiene menos de 30 días podrás solicitar el reembolso de tu plan de hosting. En cuanto a Wordpress y Prestashop, son compatibles con nuestros planes de hosting. Para utilizar PrestaShop, por ejemplo, simplemente necesitas asegurarte de que nuestro sistema cumpla con los requisitos del sistema de PrestaShop, que generalmente se incluye una versión específica de PHP y un sistema de gestión de bases de datos compatible (como MySQL). En todo caso, antes de elegir el hosting, debes revisar que el servicio cumpla los requisitos mencionados del CRM que deseas utilizar y también puedes consultar la documentación oficial de esos CRMs para obtener información detallada sobre los requisitos del sistema y, por supuesto, contactar con nuestro soporte para confirmar la compatibilidad.
