Satisfied with the customer service i got from Franz. The processed was so quick. Enjoying my ionbottles pitcher.

I purchased both the Original and the Pro to have one at home and work. I prefer the self clean function of the Pro but both are great. The instructions that come with the Original are actually meant for the Pro but I didn’t know that at the time. I emailed the company and got a quick and courteous response with an apology for the confusion. My bottles both work great and hold a charge all week. Ionbottles are great to work with and are super helpful when you have questions. I haven’t identified any benefits but trust the science.

Loving my new Ion bottle. Notice a change in resting heart rate within the first week of drinking 80 ounces of water per day. Will look forwarded to blood work testing after a few months.

Ordering process was simple and was delivered through USPS and tracking updates provided. The white seal that is on the bottom of the bottle has had to be adjusted a few times because there were small leaks (on both our bottles) but working well after that. Too soon for any benefits yet, other than encouraging us to drink even more water.

I'm really surprised about the customers service. I receive the IONBottles and something was wrong with the bottle. I contact the company and explain whats happen, without any questions they send me a new one. The shipping was fast. I highly recommend this products not only because the products and the water is fantastic but also because I'm myself a business owner. When you stand behind your clients like IONBottles he say a lot about the products. Thank you again.

Accidentally broke the lid to my bottle and reached out to customer service about buying a new lid. Customer service replaced the whole bottle.

Excellent customer service and have enjoyed the product.

Disappointed in the delivery time and constant delays. I've received a vast amount of emails on how to use my bottle and how great it is but I don't even have it yet.

Although I haven't had an opportunity yet to use my Ion bottle and evaluate how it has benefited my health, the help I received from customer service has been wonderful. I had to contact customer service when I had a problem with my order. Within minutes of emailing them I received a response, and they quickly let me know they are sending out a replacement item. The very next day I received another message saying they were preparing to ship. The person was very nice and worked quickly to help me. I'm putting the Ion bottles on my list for future gifts. Highly recommend this company.

Ion Bottles are amazing and definitely a game-changer for my life! They really work, I use mine everyday and I never leave home without it!! Awesome company and definitely recommend Ion Bottles.

Good product, shipping mediocre, also the BOGO doesn't work and they won't help me with it. Ugh.

Product works well and that is a big plus. I do like it. The shipping wasn't the best experience as the product arrived two days after it was supposedly delivered.

I've been trying to use the advertised BOGO50 offer since I bought the first one and the code never works. I have an inquiry into the company but no results yet. I'm hopeful that they will respond and help me with the BOGO offer they advertise but that is not yet the case.

**UPDATE** After communicating with Franz in customer service, he was able to help me with both shipping and getting my BOGO50 offer. So, in the end, customer service came through. Apprecaite the help Franz!!

I have tried daily for weeks and still can't drink this water. It tastes and smells like very stong chlorine.

I understand things happen, stuff breaks I really appreciate the timely response and great experience took very little effort to get a new bottle sent out to me. I highly recommend ion water bottles and will be a returning customer and will recommend them to anyone looking for a great product. Thank you Franz B

Thank you Franz! I had a couple questions regarding the ionBottle and Franz was quick to answer within minutes! Great customer service!

Customer service went out of their way to help me order a second bottle at 50% off. I wanted to wait and check the quality before I ordered a second bottle which they are sending to my nephew who is battling cancer. The quality of the bottle is excellent and I’m really pleased with the results.

Service not responsive. I contacted them about the device leaking after only having it for five days.

They have not responded nor have they refunded or better yet replaced the item.

Great customer service. Addressed my concern quickly and easily. Thank you!
