Really pleased with my glasses. Staff in the shop (both when I ordered and at collection) were incredibly helpful (despite it being very busy the day that I ordered). They’ve got a great range of glasses with a wide range of styles and colours. I had struggled to find any I liked at the opticians but got two pairs here. They arrived quickly and I really like their fair and transparent pricing. Definitely my new go to place for glasses

We discovered this fantastic shop on Easter Sunday in Richmond while walking around after lunch. The team was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The frames are high-quality, stylish, and modern. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would happily recommend it to everyone. Since it was Easter Sunday, there were a few chocolate eggs hidden around the shop, which was really fun to hunt for until we found them ;)

IOLLA were recommended to me by someone who had bought their glasses from them at a branch in Scotland.
I needed prescription sunglasses for driving so went along to the Richmond branch to see what they had. I was hugely impressed by the range that they have, so much choice! I have a narrow face so it can be difficult to get glasses that aren’t too wide for me but I found several options.
James who assisted me, was super helpful, friendly and patient. I can honestly say that I have never been so happy with sunglasses! I very rarely wear sunglasses because no matter which ones I wear, I cannot see clearly enough.
I will definitely be returning for reading glasses.
I would also like to add that the assistant that I saw on collection of the glasses was also very friendly and helpful. So refreshing to have such a pleasant experience when purchasing glasses.

My wife discovered Iolla in Richmond recently so next time we were visiting Richmond we called in. Merlin was
Friendly & helped my wife find a frame that suited & fitted her. We ordered varifocals & a blue light thin lens which would help to protect her eyes from computers.
1 week later we called in to have them fitted/ adjusted by Merlin. My wife is very happy with them. Thank you Merlin.
