Josh gave me an amazing consultation, went through different types of treatments and got me booked in at the nearest clinic available. I had no questions unanswered and feel confident enough to proceed with the next step to start my treatment!

I had a consultation today with Harley Woolfe and was very satisfied with the experience. I’ve now booked an appointment, and I found the consultation to be very informative, with all my questions answered to a high standard. My teeth have been something I’ve struggled with since I was born, and they’ve been a big insecurity for me. This opportunity means a lot, and I’m hopeful it will help me build my confidence.

I came in for an Invisalign review today feeling quite unsure about whether I wanted to go ahead with refinements, but Amar and his assistant completely put me at ease. Their expertise and honesty really stood out, they took the time to explain how refinements could help me achieve my dream smile, without any pressure.

Amar’s assistant was incredibly gentle and thorough while completing the scans, which made the whole experience so comfortable
She also shared her own personal story with teeth straightening and this helped me to make a decision with my own treatment. It’s clear they work brilliantly together as a team, creating such a welcoming and professional environment.

I had a very helpful consultation with Harley Woolfe. Everything was explained clearly and I felt well informed throughout. I’m looking forward to completing my assessment and moving forward with the process.

Stay Away. They are extremely talented at crushing you with hidden costs. To the point I’d say they are even liars. I paid for the lite package which they said would take anywhere between 14-16 weeks. They showed me pictures for what my teeth should look like once treatment was completed and then Have the option to pay for “refinement aligners” which are optional but you don’t need to go ahead.

When I got my retainers I was given a 14 week program. But when I signed up to the Invisalign app, put in my details, it said I should be on a 16 week program. So now after week 14 is done, my teeth look nothing like the pictures I was shown, I went into the clinic in Acton and made my complaint and raised my concern, the dentist didn’t know what to say, referred me to a “supervisor” who I will meet sometime in the future and just said most likely app made a mistake. I Was told I need to pay £99 for the refinement aligners, isn’t it funny that the app already told me I would need additional aligners because i was on a 16 week program and they only gave me 14 but it was the Invisalign app that made the mistake not them.

So having no choice I paid and I did an additional scan for my refinement aligners and was told to wait 2 weeks. 1 week later I got a callback saying the scans were wrong and I need to do the scans again, was promised an appointment in 48 hours, but now I need to wait 10 days for the scan because there’s no slots available so I was lied to again. Then I will have to wait another 2 weeks for them to come.

Once this mess is done, I will need to pay another £400-600 for retainers depending on which ones I go for because it’s not included in the package.

I was brought in on paying £1995, paid AGAIN for my week 15 and 16 aligners which they never gave me, Will pay for retainers again, so will end up paying anywhere between £2600-£2700 in total. But I came in on £1995.

I also paid for a 14-16 week program, and this treatment will take at least 20-22 weeks now because of their delays and mistakes.

Paid £800 extra, for a delayed treatment full of lies, hidden costs, mistreatment.

Save yourself the headache. Go for a more reputable company that won’t waste your time, lie to you, charge you extra, make you pay twice for aligners you already paid for, and a treatment plan that takes 4-6 weeks longer than they say.

Bloody waste of time and my money. Better to have your teeth the way they are than to go through them. I regret that I’m giving my hard earned money to such people who punish you like this for giving them your trust.

Invisible braces 4 u, offered a free online consultation, with this I was greet by a welcoming lady who explained I would have my consultation with Harley. During the consultation I was able to discuss what I wanted to achieve, Harley was knowledgeable about what could be offered, understanding my needs. Following this Harley provided me with the option of what Invisible braces 4 u clinic was best for me, choosing the Leeds clinic. Inbetween my online consultation and face to face at the clinic Invisible Braces 4 U provided me with updates, through various platform (calls, texts, emails) and I was able to contact them if I had any queries. I would definitely recommend!

Great experience from start to finish with Iryna and Jess on my Invisalign journey. They were both very attentive to detail and ensuring the end result is exactly as expected. Would highly recommend them 🙂

Every step of the way I was reassured and had friendly staff who made me feel comfortable at the appointment. I think it’s so important to have that whether it’s reception or dental nurse themselves and I’m now looking more forward to getting the Invisalign’s because of it.

At first I was a little worried about moving ahead with invisible braces, however from the first initial consultation over the phone, I had so much reassurance about the whole process and the support I would receive. I then attended my in person appointment and was met with such kindness by the team and they were open to answering all my questions. I would say give it a go!
