Very friendly staff with a low cost that produces highly satisfactory results

First I would like to give a big thank you to Dr Aliyah. Who helped me start my journey. She was so warm yet professional and made me feel comfortable especially as I was so paranoid from past experiences. Also, thank you Dr Ramen, he was great as well. They both were so informative and took their time with letting me know everything I needed to know and more.

Everything went smooth and easy!

Started my "Invisalign" journey with the clinic in Bow today.
From my first contact with Josh on Friday the booking process was easy and informative. I found myself in their lovely clinic in Bow on Sunday morning.
My coordinator Amelia is lovely and very helpful.
All the staff were great, the X-rays and scans taken quickly and easily. The dentist who reviewed my case was honest about what I could expect and they show you your finished smile will look like
I had braces about 50 years ago and this is so much easier.
I've been wanting to do this for ages and I'm so excited to give this to myself as a 60th birthday present from me to me.

I had such a great experience with this Invisalign company from start to finish. The whole team was welcoming, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Atlanta was especially amazing she was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. She made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions with patience and care. The service felt very personal and professional, and I left feeling confident and excited to start my Invisalign journey. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering treatment.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service at Invisiblebraces4U Islington.

Before payment, the communication was much more proactive, but once I had paid for the braces, it became very difficult to get timely responses. I was asked to order additional braces, which I have now been waiting around four weeks for, and there still seems to be no clear update on where they are or when I will receive them.

Communication via WhatsApp has been particularly poor, with messages often going unanswered for days. When I asked how to raise a complaint, I was simply given an email address rather than any meaningful support or attempt to resolve the issue.

They are not the cheapest provider, and even if they were, the level of aftercare and customer service would still be disappointing. They appear to be very good at promoting themselves on social media, but my experience of their customer care has been well below par.

Based on my experience, I would recommend researching other Invisalign or clear aligner providers before choosing Invisiblebraces4U Islington.

I had a free consultation today with treatment coordinator Josh Gowers, this was very clear and all my questions answered around prices, extra costs (retainers only), expectations etc. I have now booked my next consultation with the dentist and I am excited to attend this appointment to see what package is most appropriate for me. I was also informed that this consultation is fully refundable which was positive to hear.

I’m super excited to attend my appointment to be able to see a before and after pictures of what having invisighn can do is a really good tool to have, I wouldn’t want to spend money and time but have the outcome be not what I want…… Also Dr Soumaya is a lovely person, speaking with her, has made me more confident and determined to get invisilighn……can’t wait to see the end result 😊

Great experience, had a same day online consultation and then in-person review. Quick x-ray and digital scan, chatted it through with the dentist and all sorted. Now just waiting for my aligners, but so far so good.

Staff were very nice and accommodating, they went as far as providing a space for us to Pray.
