I had an online consultation with Invisible Braces 4 U and spoke with Troy. He was very knowledgeable, professional and gave me a clear insight into the treatment options and packages available.

The pricing seems very competitive compared to other dental clinics I have looked into, and Troy took the time to explain the next steps properly. I’m now planning to attend the clinic for my scan and feel much more confident about the process.

It was very easy and smooth. Explanation was given well and an appointment for in person consultation was made.

I had such a great appointment with the team in Leeds. Decided to turn to them after my own dentist’s costs were creeping up and couldn’t believe how straightforward the process was. The initial consultation was so efficient, the staff were friendly and answered all my questions, and I was in and out within an hour. Looking forward to being fitted next!

Video consultation went smoothly. Currently booked in for one of their London branches to begin my journey.

Unfortunately I have to concur with what another reviewer has said. They are phenomenal with their social media campaign. Great first appointment. But this is where the great journey ends. Once you pay or enter into the agreement, the service stops. Waiting for the aligners to be manufactured and delivered is not unreasonable. What is unreasonable is the lack of communication and a clear time frame on receiving the aligners. They say 3-4 weeks. But if you ask for a more clear date once that initial period is coming to an end, there’s zero communication. They will repeat the line it’s being manufactured. Multiple calls, an email and an instagram message. All unanswered. Apologies, they auto responded to a instagram message with “hey lovely, can you please provide your details
So we can look into this for you”. I replied almost instantly. Radio silence! There are better providers out there. This company has been a colossal waste of time. I would urge to proceed with caution. Their social media presence is so strong but the actual service falls very short. It’s unfortunate to have to say this. I very much went back and forth on whether I should say anything. But it’s important people make an informed decision when considering a service as sensitive as this.
