I have been using Invebo for the repair and upgrade of 2 Bose Sound docks. I have been very pleased with the helpfulness and quality of service they provide. I live in the USA but have choosen Invebo because they are just good to work with. E mails are always returned promptly . Their recommendations for repair and upgrade reflect their commitment to outstanding customer service. They provide great value for a specialized service.

Fantastic company
Fantastic company, my Bose sound dock beeped on power up but wouldn't play. Found the Invebo website by chance. Picked the fixed price repair and was ready to send the Dock when I realised I'd picked the wrong thing altogether. I phoned and a really helpful member of staff sorted everything out and ran me through what they would do, even gave me advice on how much packing required for posting. I also bought the iPod support cradle for the dock. This all included free UK shipping labels. Posted it and was even possible to track the delivery and work. Amazingly I got an email of receipt at Invebo then another 2 hrs later saying despatched. It arrived in 2 days on unpacking it looked and performed like new. Just want to say a BIG thank you to them for an incredible service.

These folks are top notch if you are looking to repair your Bose Sounddock. My Sounddock II was fraught with multiple issues, but they didn’t give up in helping me resolve them. They are all about great customer service with an environmentally friendly attitude of repairing vs. filling landfills with electronics that still have life left in them. They have the right parts, people, knowledge and instructional videos to address all your repair needs. I highly recommend them.

My repair was dealt with in a reasonable time and appears to be ok so from that point of view I am satisfied. The company is difficult to get hold of and the telephone manner, rudeness and highhandedness means I wouldn't use them again.

I diagnosed my SoundDock Series 2 with the Invebo video, ordered the spare part which arrived within 7 days (in France), I replaced the faulty part with the help of their tutorial pretty easily, and now it works perfectly !! Thanks a lot to them !!!

I was having a problem with my Bose dock speaker. I watched a couple of videos on Youtube that Invebo had posted up. The video helped me diagnose the problem with one of the connections and I was able to follow the video to fix what was going on. And to think I almost tossed the whole thing! Thanks, Invebo!!

Original SoundDock Alive and Reinvented
My Original Bose SoundDock died and after taking it to my local Bose repair shop who quoted $95US to take a look see to determine the problem and provide me an estimate on final repair costs I begun to search the web for relief. That is when I came across a firm located across the pond in the UK by the name of Invebo. I looked at the services offered and I was intrigued by a product that would allow me to add Bluetooth capability to my SoundDock. I ended up purchasing the BC7 board to add the Bluetooth feature but that didn't turn out to be the problem. The issue was that my sound processor failed and a replacement part is not available. That was the other reason I was drawn to Invebo as they offered a service that rebuilds your existing sound processor better than new. During this whole process I exchanged numerous emails with the technical staff and each and every one was responded to within 24 hours with solid and useful feedback. I am not normally a hands on type of guy but with the technical videos available on Invebo's website, and the step by step written directions that I received with the new and refurbished parts, I had my SoundDock up and working in no time at all. It plays my Apple Classic iPod just as flawlessly as always. After pairing my iPhone8 with the my new BC7 board I was able to tune in my favorites from Pandora and Spotify. Invebo is that rare company where promises made are promises kept and where excellent services and products are matched with an equally outstanding sales and technical staff. Invebo literally allowed me to reinvent my Bose SoundDock and give it another life. Highly recommended.

Warranty useless
Warranty useless. Product did not work. Refund was promised, not delivered, despite acknowledging product was returned as per directions. Customer service was frustrating and rude.

I returned my Bose power pack using the supplied return labels for repair . Got an e-mail to advise parcel received,followed by another e-mail 2days later saying it had been repaired and dispatched along with the bluetooth upgrade card.Fitted in 20 minutes and working great.I can now use it with all my Apple devices wirelessy...Brilliant. Bought my bose unit right up to the present

This morning, Saturday, my dock was returned to me, working perfectly and with a spare remote battery!
