Expectations Met!

To all at Invebo,

So let's Start with finding you on the web...thanks for what you do to allow us to find you. Next we should go right to purchase, shipping and delivery...5 stars for all 3. Then on to the video showing exactly how to disassemble, modify and reinstall, perfect and detailed. The emphasis on trimming the round posts to allow the board to fit flat at first was a bit much...but getting that right is probably the most tedious of the whole process. Thanks for a bit much on that as it truly is important. Thanks to the video, the whole process took about 30 minutes...and a pint of ale.

Now for performance...5 stars again! The bluetooth range met my expectation and the ease of pairing, ditto. Putting a usb charging port in the board was spot on great.

All in all I am impressed with the quality, service and performance. Coupled with a reasonable price point, it led me to the 5 stars. You met and exceeded my expectations and I want to thank all that work at Invebo for being on a team that brought back my great Bose Original Sound Dock to life! Without all of you, and your supply chain it would be a little less rocking at the Anderson house!

P.S. I am blasting some Eric Clapton and JJ Cale through your board as I write!!! Oh wait, time for another sip of Ale.

My experience with Invebo has been absolutely excellent. From my initial contact they have been superb and have resurrected my BoseII Soundock and returned it very quickly. I am happy to give my full recommendation to their service.

First class experience with Invebo…

My experience with Invebo has been first class.
From their model number checking system to ensure you order the correct parts, to the You Tube videos to explain every install and setting up process....very comprehensive.
Having ordered parts for my Bose Sounddock on Sunday, I had the upgrade complete by Tuesday night without a hitch... fast service too.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, helping out when I ommitted something from my order, they ensured it came in the same delivery. And my SoundDock sounds awesome - via bluetooth now also.

Terrible! Terrible! The customer sales department is the worst. Be careful because they do not have “customer satisfaction” as a priority. They are an ADVERSARY. Awful experience. Will never do business with them.

SD2 bluetooth upgrade

My Sounddock2 system after many years gave up the ghost but I was very reluctant to part with such a great system, particularly as it is now almost impossible to found a docking system using the 30pin connector.
I found Invebo online and purchased the Bluetooth upgrade kit SD2
Next day delivery - fantastic.

The SD2 is great, perfect sound and Bluetooth and the system is back to its best.
Along with Invebo's amazing instructional fitting and features videos, a perfect purchase and so easy to fit.
Highly recommend using.

A great company to deal with!

After contacting Bose directly who said that a repair wasn't possible and suggested I bought new, I found this company online and was impressed with the information on their website so decided to go ahead with a repair and upgrade. Great service and communication with a quick turn around on repairs. Appreciated the very patient way they talked me through what was needed (in layman's terms) - nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this company who value a good quality product enough to make it as good as new, refreshing in this throw-away society!

Bose sound dock 10 repair

Repaired my Bose sound dock 10 power supply. I can’t say enough about how great this company was to work with. First helped with troubleshooting (replace fuse). Then all aspect of return for repair. Great helpful videos on their web site. I wish there were local companies like this one.

I had been thinking about upgrading to Bluetooth and now I have it’s absolutely fantastic!!

I had been meaning to upgrade my Bose Series 1 docking station for a long time.
So when it stopped working I purchased the new BC7A Bluetooth docking card.
Unfortunately that didn’t solve it, so I spoke with Invebo chatted over my issue and the tests I had done - power supply pack.
Suggested it could be my sound card so sent it in for diagnostics and repair. Found it to be fault and so repaired it within a couple of days.
Received it yesterday, reinstalled it and had it up and running again in 20minutes.
Connected my iPhone and wow!!! What a sound and quality. Had been using a Bluetooth plug in receiver. The difference doesn’t compare.
Thank you Invebo, I have my entertainment and music back and even better than before!

Got to say I was impressed with the service, help and friendliness of the staff. A great service thanks.

Awesome company to do business with. Superior products and service!

Awesome, awesome business and customer service.

I can’t thank these guys enough. My initial phone and email questions were answered promptly, patiently and courteously and my order was dispatched to Australia swiftly. The products offered and customer service are outstanding. And thanks to their “How To” videos on YouTube, even a cack-handed DIY’er like me was able to bring glorious sound and life back to my well preserved and much loved Bose Sound Dock (Original) after 9 years of silence, by replacing the power supply and fitting a new innexxis BC7A (2019) Bluetooth 5.0 and 30-Pin USB Charge Upgrade Kit.

Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company or using them again in future.

I ordered a cable on May 28th of 2019

I ordered a cable on May 28th of 2019. An email from them said the item shipped on May 29th.I have had several communications with Invebo since then telling me to be patient, how things rarely get lost, and how quick their shipments arrive. No tracking, no investigations. 6 weeks later I asked them to ship a new item or cancel my order. Again a standard response to be patient a little longer. This is not customer service.

There are one or two minor points not…

There are one or two minor points not fully dealt with in the fairly comprehensive videos, e.g.which way is up when reconnecting the cables from docking-port to the sound-processor board, since they are not in their mouldings when they come back repaired from Invebo. But overall that's a minor niggle and easy enough to recover from if you get it wrong in the re-assembly. It was a delight to have my Bose SoundDock up and running with upgraded Bluetooth and Auxiliary Input functionality as soon as the parts came back from the techies at Invebo. Thanks, fellas!.

A very satisfied customer

I had a problem with my Bose soundDock II I loved the dock and found Invebo online but they were in the UK and I was in US Los Angeles to be exact but I spoke with one of their representatives they let me know where the failures are most found and how to remove and send the parts. I not only had my Bose soundDock repaired I also had a Bluetooth upgrade which gave my device a brand new todays standard function that I can use with my other devices. If you have a Bose dock and you enjoy it as much as I enjoy mine I would highly recommend Invebo it took a little time from US to UK but well worth it. once Invebo received it they had maybe three days and it was on it way home. I am loving my system upgrade and ready for summer.....

Very happy customer

Very happy customer. I am very grateful to INVEBO (UK) for helping me to restore my Bose SoundDock 10, which for few years had a bad Bluetooth dock port (docking receptacle spring 40-Way connector mounted to the front board) that impeded its functionality. I am very grateful that INVEBO took the time to make the videos on YouTube that allowed me to identify the piece that was bad and that no one else was selling (believe me I looked for it everywhere in the web for a long time). Invebo sold me the OEM part, which arrived in time and now I have my equipment working perfectly. I am very grateful for your help and I recommend INVEBO to help you repair your Bose equipment.

Exceeding my expectations

My sounddock original series was not working anymore. I found the "invebo.com" tool to diagnose my faulty unit and the problem was the sound processor.
So I followed the process to get a refurbished unit and I have to say that it was easy. Unfortuantelly, I had a problem with my shippment, the courier lost my sound processor board, and invebo found another board and they managed to ship it back. So they excedeed my original expectations.
During this process I was informed about the progress and the support team did really an incrediblejob.
I decided to purchase also a bluetooth upgrade and now I can use again my SoundDock not only with my Ipod but also with my iphone via bluetooth.
I installed the sound processor and the new innexis BC7 bluetooth kit following the instructions that they sent me, and I had no problem. The documentation, both printed and videos, is very good, clear and easy to follow.
My experience with invebo has been amazing, 100% reliable!

Service to Malaysia

After a tense time of working out what to do with my troubled series one Bose Sound Dock, I stumbled on a selection of Invebo videos on Youtube. Much to my surprise, they could save it.
So I logged onto their site, paid my money and deconstructed my SoundDock. Next I sent the necessary pieces away and waited. About 3 weeks later, I received my parts back and, after watching the videos to put it back together, reconstructed it (now works as good as new).
Many thanks Invebo for not just the repair but the helpful, informative videos that allowed me to save my dock.

Everything as advertised - GS - USA

With the help of their videos, I was able to determine the sound processor board was defective in my Bose system. I prepaid for the repair and sent the board as instructed. Receipt was acknowledged. Repair and shipment back to me occurred in just a couple days. After The Royal Post and USPS took longer than expected, I received and installed the board. Yippie ! ! ! My Bose Sound Dock sounds better than ever. Everything went exactly as advertised with no surprises. I am a VERY happy customer. Highly recommended.

Amazing service from Invebo

Amazing service from Invebo. From all the helpful videos on the website, to attentive staff at the end of the phone all to ready to offer help & support. Order arrived the next day and I successfully upgraded my Bose Sounddock to Bluetooth by installing the new circuit board I bought from Invebo. You never expect these things to go to plan but this did, so thanks to this company and the staff that work there.
