Bought several bits over the past couple of years, both online and in store. As always, excellent, personal level of service from Jake and the team even during busier moments where the shop floor has several customers requiring attention. S-tier coffee, whilst shopping amongst a haven of drums - strongly recommend getting over to the shop in person for a proper experience. Nothing like buying a drum in-person.

I have just retired from playing drums in a band. I took my kit and other pieces for Luke to have a look at, and he offered me a very fair price. Luke and his staff were very friendly, and helped me to choose a new cymbal and stand for my next adventure. I would highly recommend them to anyone, either buying or selling, it's an Aladdin's Cave.

Ordered a ride cymbal and took over 2 months to arrive, If I had ordered this from somewhere else I would have it in mere days.

Seriously look at your logistics because you're failing customers and PMT recently went under...

Fast and efficient, goods as described and a fair price

I recently bought a Ludwig double bass drum pedal from Into Music. The service was great, I had a few queries and they were very quick to respond. The pedal arrived quickly. I have since been asking about individual drum orders from Ludwig’s factory and Jake has been really helpful. I highly recommend this shop.

I ordered a Protection racket case on Christmas day, and it arrived first thing on the 28th. Excellent price and packaging. You just can't beat service like that. Very impressed. I will definitely use Into Music Drum shop again.

Have ordered online from Into Music and today, I finally managed to visit the store as I was in the area. I met Jake and bought a snare and drum head. What a great guy and a fantastic drum shop. Highly recommended for all things drums.
