I would definitely recommend to use this shop. I got a phone call the day after placing my order from Darren, the store manager, who was so helpful. The order arrived really fast. A really positive shopping experience!

This shop has amazing stock and very friendly staff. There communication was 100% would highly recommend

Bought a roc n soc stool & some raw drumsticks which were on offer for £4.95! They were both delivered really fast. Stool is fantastic, the sticks for £4.95 seem to have have better feel to me that the VF sticks at treble the price!

Purchased RAW drum heads for my toms which are NEW at the drumshop. These are just as good if not better than Evans G2 clear heads. Great sound and easy to tune up. Would highly recommend these heads to any drummer wanting great heads at a very reasonable price 🤟

This shop had my back and looked after me through their great customer service. There was an issue with my product. The shop shorted this out for me and went beyond that. Amazing guys thank you for you help and service.

Bought electronic drums and throne from them. While drums weren’t in stock the communication was good on when drums would arrive. Everything arrived as would in new condition and follow up phone call after delivery to confirm if there were any issues was appreciated.

Andy and his staff have looked after me superbly for around 25 years now. Drum Shop has an incredible and unrivalled range of products, from boutique to budget and everything inbetween, and the fantastic relationships they've built with their network of suppliers means incredible products at incredible prices. The lads and lasses at Drum Shop always make time to spend valuable time choosing the right products, and provide really sound advice whatever the need may be. Stool was set up so well pleased

I had a severely delayed order the first time I used them. The second time I used them, they emailed me to say that some of my items will be sent and I'll be notified of the second dispatch. When chasing up that second package after a few days, I was told that the item was already delivered. They've now gone silent on me chasing that up. Here's the delivery notification that I had:

"Hi [Name omitted],

Some of the items from order #22461 have now been shipped.

They are being shipped to the following address:

Address omitted.

You will receive a confirmation email when more items from your order have been shipped.

Thank you for ordering from Drum Shop!"

I placed the order 16 days ago. I'll not be using this company again.

I had an issue with a unauthorized purchase that my stepson made and needed it resolved. Chris helped me with that issue. I will be making a authorized purchase soon for him under my supervision.He is currently grounded, haha.

There's a chinese company going by 'drumshop' selling 85" tvs for 90 bucks. It's likely a scam website, and has stolen your brand. They're advertising on Facebook.

I order from Drum shop in April and haven't gotten my TV yet I have email the numerous random haven't got a response. Makes me think it a scam

I ordered a Practise Pad from The Drum Shop but the one I wanted was out of stock, with out a word from me Andy gave me a upgrade at not extra cost , and the upgrade was a significant one. will definitely use them again.

Having now bought from these guys for the last 6 years .. I won’t go anywhere else.
Superb range of drums/ cymbals and percussion , great service and you will get the best deal out there.

Not easy in this climate and if we all keep supporting these guys hopefully they’ll be around to serve those addicted to buying drum gear! For many many years to come......Ps. Sale club is a nightmare like a kid in a sweet shop time!! If you want your wallet to stay intact get taken off the mailing list the temptation to buy is irresistible 😂😂😂😂

Absolute con men. Had an email about a sale so decided I would part with the money. I rang up to enquire what time the flash sale would finish as I was working and wondered if I could finish work then shop for more items on top of the cymbals I had in the basket. The guy on the phone asked what it was I was looking at so I told him and within 30 seconds the original list price had risen £200 eliminating any savings. The item I had with the discount in the basket at 795 then rose to 995. I rang them back and asked why the price had just shop up and he told me he had no access to the internet (for a shop with a massive online website I find this extraordinary). I got a very patronising 'Aw bless you' and that was it. Knew exactly what they were doing, what a joke! This is the second time I have had dealings/orders with them which have ended in no sale/cancellation. AVOID!

Darren was great at handling a custom build request, fantastic service, super friendly. Will use again for sure!
