If you need some lights, I prefer INTOLED
I've ordered four Hoftronic gardenlights in April ‘23 by Intoled and was very excited of it.
But now 7 months later one of them didn’t light up anymore, and the warranty should give me two years.
So I mailed the company and they asked me for a small video and picture of it.
And then maybe they could help me with fixing it from a distance.
After all it was not possible to fix it from a distance, and without any further questions they promised me to send a new one.
They didn’t want the old one back either and one day later I’ve got it by the DPD.
Thanks very much for this excellent service, I gave them 5 stars because there were no more to give, otherwise……👍👍👍

Replacing a broken LED Batten
I received a LED Batten 120cm that was damaged during transport. I called INTO LED, supplied them upon their request with pictures and a movie of the broken LED light and they immediately offered to replace the light. Got it the next day with no need to send the faulty light back. Great service!
