Complex process in case of warranty
I Had an issued with an LED Smart Bulb. I was not able to configure the bulb in the App, although it worked fine with 8 other bulbs before. It took me almost a full day writing back and forth and the company requested a video of the configuration process to be sent to them to get a replacement, which is worth 6,95€. The effort spend on both sides should be in relation to the value.

Unfortunately, there were some "starting problems" with the light chain but the service was fast & competent and finally very accommodating - THIS is great customer service; TOP - thank you!

Great service on broken led strip
Unfortunately my led strip broke down the first tume I used it. Thanks to the kind and fast support the route cause was identified and immediately solved. A new receiver was sent including some additional meters of led strip to replace the broken parts. All works well now

Very Responsible
I purchased 9 wall lamps and a few days after the electrician installed them one stopped working. It appears that the light bulbs aren't replaceable. Into Led agreed to send me a replacement immediately and I didn't have to go to the trouble if sending back the defective one.
