Diabolical customer service & company

Placed order payed next day delivery , never received order , contacted them and got refund for delivery and told order would be sent out that evening . Still not received order . Contacted again and got a reply the next day via chat in account . Then told order didn’t get recieved at warehouse and refund would be issued . How can an order be in your account and payment taken but not be recieved in a warehouse ?
Customer service is diabolical. Lots of famous people advertising to buy the clothes yet the company is no trusted. Will take my customer elsewhere never again .

Disappointing service with faulty goods

Bought a pair of jeans from these guys recently - exact same jeans I've had before from them in exactly the same size. Unfortunately, these ones were clearly mislabelled, as they are much too small (and are much smaller than all my other jeans, including a pair from In The Style, that are supposedly the same size!).

I sent them back for a refund, but was disappointed that, even though they were clearly faulty, the company refused to refund the postage (I was happy to pay to send them back, but expected a full refund of what I had initially paid, including delivery, as they were faulty). I sent pictures and exchanged a couple of emails with customer service, but they just said they had been deemed not faulty by the returns team, and therefore they would not refund the postage. They stopped replying to my emails after a little while.

I wish I could share the picture on here so you could see how wrongly they were labelled! I wouldn't say necessarily avoid the company, but be aware that either their sizing is very unpredictable or that they won't take responsibility for faulty items. I suspect this is a breach of consumer rights, as these jeans were clearly not fit for purpose, and therefore faulty.

Terrible Refund Policy

Terrible Refund Policy - Avoid!!
Sent my parcel back to them over a week ago they acknowledged receipt and said I have to wait 14 days. What other company takes 14 days to issue a refund when they have acknowledged receipt over a week ago???!!!
No one ever available on chat to discuss and reassure refund is being actioned. It says 'Chat' is available 8.30am-8.30pm yet it currently says 'Sorry, no one is available right now', so this does not fil me with hope that I will be able to chase my refund if it is not received by Tues. Disgraceful..

3 weeks to refund an order

I ordered two bikinis they arrived nearly a week later but were totally not me so I tried to send them straight back but the website would not accept the return took me three days and trying to speak to their live chat (a joke) not live at all. Eventually got the return label sent them back and am still waiting for the refund 3weeks later. Received an email today to say I have been refunded but we shall see ! I will be very careful not to order from this company again Buyer beware

Never again

Impossible to get hold of them. Had confirmation they received my refunds on 27th April, still not got the money back. Tried their contact me form, not heard back. Messaged on Facebook, not heard back. No one ever seems to be available on their live chat. Will be raising a claim with credit card company very soon! Used to love ordering from here, but won’t be any more.

Bad refund services.

Ordered several items. Got two items delivered out of three, no explanation why had to chase it up to tell me the item was out of stock but we will give you a refund? I believe an email should have been sent explaining this not me chasing it up. I then decided to send the items back, posted back on the 24th march, heard nothing until 9th April then nothing after that until 17th April so I chased it up and was told I had to wait till 23rd april until a refund would be issued. Really shocked how bad this company is with sales and returns especially with celebrities doing collaborations. Won’t buy again from here.

Absolute shambles of a company

Absolute shambles of a company. Not the first issue i've had either so i should have known. Place an order over 10 days ago , no dispatch email so eventually contacted them for them just to say there has been an issue ... here is a refund. I did not want a refund, i wanted my order!

I will NOT be ordering again. Customer Service is shocking also, rude agents who clearly have no people skills.

They think by renaming a company on companies house you can just DO LEGAL FRAUD MAYBE EVERYONE SHOULD DO THIS ? This is not allowed in our country & it needs to be STOPPED now they are just stealing hard working people’s life savings ! It’s beyond evil please please help us spread the word the POLICE & all legal people ie FCA & so on will be informed suppose they wont care as it’s the aim market but something needs doing there not going to get away with just stealing money & doing this blatant fraud it’s disturbing to say the least this happens in 2024 in the uk

It's a good job I never read these…

It's a good job I never read these reviews before ordering it would have put me off. But frankly I have had a great experience bought a evening dress at a knock down price didn't hold out much hope but omg it's fantastic far better than the pic fits to perfection and not bad quality even at full price . Delivery in 2 days . For me it's a 5 star review.

My items were pants you need to be 7foot tall to fit the top so small and this is the best I ordered the Ugg like slip on in back size 41 I got tan size 36 and they want to deduct £2.50 from my refund disgusting never again

Got an email saying the refund has been issued and to allow 3-5 business days it’s been way more than that so I chased it up even though I didn’t the return direct with in the style because I wasn’t having much luck with a response through tiktok now in the style are palming off to tiktok and tiktok said because the return was not done through them neither are taking ownership and neither seem to be willing to refund me and now in the style are not responding to any forms of my contact

Absolutely disgusting DO NOT BUY

Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. I ordered some clothes from the company, which I initially tried to cancel (which you can't do via the app) so I emailed/contacted customer service, I then got a reply saying they'd get back to me within 48hrs, when I did finally get an email, it told me to go to the online chat, I did and couldn't get a response it kept stating leave your email and we'll come back to you. By this time the products had been delivered but to the wrong address, so I still haven't received the items. Long story short, I don't have the items, refused a refund as I'm out of the 14 days they give, even though their responses were none existent or automatic. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE EMAILED THE CEO AND HAVE YET TO HAVE A RESPONSE. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

Do not buy from these people

Do not buy from these people! I bought two of the Stacey Solomon range items, I only opened one, the sizing was awful!! They must size for 12ft elephants! I returned the items, received confirmation items were received and refund processed, but they only part refunded, I’m still outstanding almost 50%, but their customer service is so bad, they just keep ignoring the issue, the facts, and ask me to provide proof of purchase. Do not use this company, and Stacey Solomon, you need to consider who you partner with!!!

Never again!

Ordered items for my daughter for Christmas 12/12/23 and now being told I can’t return as outside of the 14 day returns policy. I wanted to exchange for a bigger size not a refund. This is the only company I know who doesn’t extend the policy over Christmas.
Will never order from them again!
