Like many others, had an order with carcoon for over 6 months that was unfulfilled for an outdoor inflatable car cover. Ordered on a Saturday and arrived on the Thursday. Polar opposite of what I had experienced elsewhere. Product put up last week and straight forward as expected. Would recommend over the competition

Couldn’t have been better. After having had enough of Carcoon, I checked out “in the garage” who came highly recommended on various owners forums.
I bought the outdoor car shield for one of my modern classic cars. I can’t commend the communication and service I received enough. My car has been inside for a month or so now and all working well. So much so, I have now bought another. Well done guys.

I purchased an outdoor car shield last year and it has been fantastic. To be honest I couldn't have kept my 1940 vintage Daimler Limousine without it.
I recently had an issue and the fans suddenly stopped working. Without hesitation I was sent a new adaptor in the post and it rectified the situation immediately.
Great product, great service, nice people to deal with.

There was a problem with delivery in part at least due to COVID Lockdowns but it was resolved very professionally. The garage itself is still very new to us but so far has been everything that we had expected and looks to be well made. I would definitely recommend this Company as trustworthy selling what appears to be a good product. They also deal with problems promptly and well as we have discovered.

Sometimes it’s when things go wrong that you get the chance to test the quality of a company. And things did go wrong as due to a dispatch error, I initially received the wrong product. But the response was immediate, effective, and I am very happy with the outdoor shelter for my car.

From my first contact the service has been exemplary throughout. Filippo has been excellent and could not have been more helpful. I’m now looking forward to receiving my garage.

This is a great product I had the competition I like this one better it’s not as tall I don’t need the height I have a sports car I am very satisfied with this product great job thank you. Michael

Waited 6 months for my order on Carcoon and eventually cancelled it. Ordered similar through In The Garage and it arrived in a couple of weeks. Excellent!

Customer service second to none( Due to my bank thinking this was a scam and stopping the initial payment) thanks to Fillipo all sorted. Everything went very well and turned up a day early one a large pallet. Not got round to putting theOutdoor garage up due to preparing the area for it and the cars in the paintshop. Great so far. Cheers everyone.

Excellent communication and Ultimate Garage arrived on time as planned. Flilippo was very helpful throughout the purchase and delivery.

Arrived earlier than scheduled. Decent quality product. Relatively easy to assemble and get to operate. Only time will tell how it was lasts/performs.

I cannot speak highly enough of Inthegarage. I ordered and Outdoor Car Shield for my E46 M3. The communication before ordering it and once ordered was excellent. In essence Filippo was always on hand to answer any of my questions about the product. Now that I have the Car Shield and it is up and running it is one of the soundest investments I have made for my car. If you are thinking about purchasing one you will not regret it. My only advice is that order lead time can be 4-6 weeks as each Car Shield is made to order to think ahead before Winter comes.

I Love It! The Customer Service is Top Notch. I had an issue with Fed-Ex delivering it but Filippo from ITG (communicating with me from Switzerland) was always accommodating and available and I'm in California. Thankfully, ITG took care of everything and got the issue squared away with only a minor delay. The Quality of this structure is amazing. When fully inflated the space inside is very impressive. The entire structure is also easy to move around and adjust to insure you get it in the right spot you want securely. If you have a vehicle with large doors, it can be a bit tight to get out once you park inside. The trick it to cheat over on the passenger side when you back in to give yourself more room to accommodate the door size. I don't even have to push in the side mirrors. I looked at so many different options for a carport but nothing was going to work for my space. When I saw the Inflatable solution ITG had, I was blown away. I'm so very glad to have found this product. It's working out better than I had hoped. My neighbors all think it's so cool when they stop to check it out. I am very pleased with this inflatable garage and I highly recommend this product.

Filippo has been really helpful, the reason I went with in the garage was because they came back to me so quickly, whereas Carcoon have never replied to ANY of my emails.

Great product, good price and my Chevrolet Corvette 1955 is now safe from humidity, dust, animals, kids and my wife! LOL!
Perfect customer service ( I called on Sunday morning, because I ordered day before wrong size, but only one call and the problem was fixed.)

The product is great. I bought the outdoors garage and it has stood up well to the heat, wind and storms! However, I need replacement filters, which considering they are made from plastic, sponge like material are expensive and here I am, with over a month elapsed and still no delivery. The Swiss website for tracking was OK up to the point, but when it was dispatched from Switzerland no more information is available. For a great product you should look at your delivery methods maybe a courier instead of the postal service.
