We purchased the Intex inflatable hot tub and just after using it noticed it had a slow air leak. The customer service agent who helped me was great and the replacement tub was sent very quickly. We have purchased another company's tub previously and the Intex tub by far was easier to set up and use and has some very nice features. Overall great product and customer service.

It was very easy to contact customer service and speak to someone about the problem I was having with the housing unit. It was determined that the housing unit has gone bad and that I was eligible for a replacement as the product was still under warranty. Person was very nice on the phone and patient.

My first spa cover absorbed water and tore from repeated removal, and Intex replaced it with a brand new one. Communication was a little awkward, and they required photos of the damaged cover, but overall, not a bad experience.

Thoroughly impressed with the response to a warranty claim. the company responded quickly and simply asked for the proof of purchase and a photo of the units tags so they could replace with a similar or better one. Shipment of the replacement was very quick.

Looking for an inflatable spa, I chose this company’s product based on the positive reviews about the follow up customer service. All were positive and when I had trouble with the salt water filter the company did not disappoint. Each call I made to trouble shoot the situation the representative was polite, listened to my concerns, and gave me specific actions to take to resolve the problem. When none of those solutions worked,the company honored their company’s reliability and sent a replacement part immediately. Noone ever made me feel like I was doing something wrong because I could not make their product work. I never had to justify anything. I provided the need information regarding the problem, purchase date and model number. They took care of me and I will continue to buy their products and recommend them to anyone who asks.

This company is excellent. Their customer service goes above and beyond. I’ve had three hot tubs in 10 years. The first one just was without the elements and it lasted five years and we were moving so I just threw it away even though it still worked for another one I had trouble with an engine And they sent me a new one immediately. I’d love their hot tubs. I love their customer service and I love this product. I gave it a five star.

Back story: We had an Intex pool for 10 years and finally replaced it last year with a new one. I was very disappointed to go out in March and see a huge rip in the side of the pool, wondering if there was any warranty on the liner since it was just a few months old. Contacted Customer Service and was very surprised with the answer, "Yes, there is a 2-year warranty on the liner." I provided them with the purchase receipt and shipping information. Within 2 weeks, I had a new liner. Thank you, Intex!

I purchased an inflatable spa tub in 2023. It ran its course though September of 2025. I purchased a new tub body at that time, as all the other components were in excellent condition. I was & still am having problems with this new product but the “technical department/call centre” is frustratingly slow & repetitive in reach out for help. I feel I have been left as a client with a faulty product that I have to deal with on my own & no warranty honour help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying a product from INTEX at this time.

I found this company excellent to deal with, no issues with contacting them when an issue arose with my air mattress. I spoke with a suoer helpful agent, she instructed me on how to file a claim she was knowledgeable about any questions I had and assisted me where necessary. The process was fairly quick and easy. I had a new air mattress within a few days. I would definitely recommend buying an Intex air mattress as they stand behind there product. This was a pleasant experience. There was 0 hassle with this replacement process.

I called about my salt generator not working after I had done everything it said to do in the problem shooting list. The customer service person knew what was wrong after explaining what was happening. After sending in my receipt that showed it was still under warranty my part that was needed was sent right out.

I bought my hot tub back in November and have had no issues with it until I did. For some reason water was able to sneak inside of the cover and wadded up the insulation inside rendering it useless. I reached out to customer service and after only a couple of emails and a phone call I was able to make a claim and get a new one sent to me. Within a week I had a new cover with little to no time out of my day and they were very pleasant to work with. Not a interaction I am used to anymore with customer service interactions.

The customer service was great and they do warranty certain parts and stand behind them . The only issue was the shipping can cost more than the part so if you order be sure to order extra replacements to make it worth it . Also shipping is extremely slow with three or more days to process order . Other than that I was happy with the experience.
