Will never order again with them
The reason we returned the shoes is because each shoe had a different colour …
“Returning products at no charge” they say: in the small print hidden on a different page it states that it doesn’t apply to deliveries to Belgium.
And then they charge another 2,5 euro for admin costs afterwards (did not get any heads up on that while ordering.)
Terrible experience, never again…

I have ordered slee for my child with…
I have ordered slee for my child with quick levering, binnen 1-3 dagen. It was important for me, because snow is never long present here in Holland. But It will arrive just, when the snow will begin melting. This is unfair and misleading to offer the quick, and thus more paid, levering!!!
