Ordered the wrong size, easy to return and order the right size. Fast delivery. Nothing to complain about!
Terrible experience with the webshop, they made me go 3 times at the post office with a free return that in the end i had to pay myself. they just care to sell a product, after the customer service is disgusting and unintrested to make you have a good experience.
I ordered a new pair of fitness shoes last thursday and they were delivered on saturday without any complications. Nothing to complain about the delivery.
Terrible online shop. Too many products and too little information on the product (size, materials, fitting etc). would not be a problem if they had a good back logistic. Multiple items order are sent by multiple locations so sending back is a nightmare of matching rigth code to right product. Also need to fill up a ridiculous form with 30+ number Item number, product name and ofcourse reason why send back. Doubt I will ever use it again.

I've ordered 2 products and I paid with a gift card and ideal.
I was expecting to receive the package and I was informed that only I'll receive one as the other is sold out. Why are they offering products they don't have available??
After I've used the gift card I've thrown it to away
Intersport advised they will make a refund.
They did the refund on the giftcard apparently.
Ive tried to explain them I don't have the giftcard as I've used it and they don't provide any solution. They just don't care. Horrible customer service (email/phone).
After contact them on the Instagram finally they have provided the details from the gift card. It took long to get a solution.
