I paid, but nothing was delivered. They didn’t respond to my complaint either.

the only problem was that it was delivered to the next apartment without informing the person who slould receive it

Customer service is really poor. I ordered flowers on Sunday 21st June to be delivered 6 days after on Saturday completely dead. I shared proofs of no communication, zero attempt to contact the recipient, etc , the resolution is offer me a 10 euros compensation for a bucket that cost me 50 euros and arrived dead to the destination. Absolutely outrageous

Wrong color, and no proper communication, and took too long to be delivered.. And they note was not delivered. So i did get what I paid for. It spoiled my surprise for my gf. But i appreciate that you did delivery something still thank you.

Flowers (roses) arrived as described with a beautiful Teddy Bear, much loved by the recipient. Process was easy.

Simple and efficient ordering. Flowers, balloons and Cava delivered on time and as expected (mostly- roses meant to be pink were red). Very happy with the service.

Appalling service. Booked a bouquet for delivery south Spain confirmed on web as local florist in Mijas. But delivery made by a national transport company coming from a florist in northern Spain near french border. Vehicle transporting them took 2 days. Flowers arrived dead and dried. Not to mention a large expensive bouquet was only 6 dead pink roses. Company refuses refund stating delivery address was incorrect. But how is that possible when the flowers were loaded onto a truck 48 hrs before expected delivery. They knew the address was southern Spain yet refused to use a local florist. This company is a con! They should be investigated by the police

I order one and my girlfriend got other flowers. I order to arive max till 9pm and they deliver from 23h till 00h. Never never will order again.

Placed two orders for next day delivery, paid and had confirmation. One was not delivered at all, the other one serveral days later (without information about the delay). Don't offer deliveries if you are not able to place them.

Timely delivery, package and flowers status

What I wanted this time was timely delivery, as I had written in my order. The previous delivery was terrible, not as I ordered, and it was several days late. I kept reminding them. But I still ordered because I had no other choice. And this time, the delivery was on time, and the roses I ordered were exactly what I ordered. Thank you very much for your attention.

We paid for the largest size bouqet and for same day delivery. The flowers came multiple days later and was such a small bouqet. This is false advertising and unacceptable! I ordered the flowers as a gift and it made me look bad and cheap in front of our friends.
