Title: Disastrous experience for March 8th – Order canceled after the deadline
I placed an order on March 7th, with delivery confirmed for March 8th. Instead of the flowers arriving, I received an email stating that the delivery was delayed until the 10th. The total lack of professionalism peaked on the morning of the 10th, when I was informed that they canceled my order entirely and would issue a refund.
Canceling a flower delivery after the occasion has already passed is unacceptable. They showed zero respect for their customers' time and sentiments. Avoid at all costs!
