Late delivery, dont expect same flower to be deliver
Late delivery, even if i placed the order early morning. I paid extra for deluxe bouquet but the receiver get cheap bouquet and its not even the right flowers i pick … service is terrible

It was very easy to order online for an overseas delivery. Very quick and prompt delivery plus the receiver was happy as the flowers were very fresh and lasted quite a while. Would highly recommend to use this company!!!

Unable to fulfil order
I placed an order with InternetFlorist.biz for flowers to be delivered in Portugal. The order was approved and my payment was taken immediately. However, the company then changed the delivery date twice, stating they could not fulfil the order as agreed.
When I requested a refund, it was not processed automatically and I had to ask several times. There were also discrepancies in the emails I received, which made communication confusing and unprofessional.
Eventually, I was refunded in full, but only after significant effort. Given the issues with delivery, communication and refund handling, I cannot recommend InternetFlorist.biz. For anyone ordering flowers internationally, I would advise using a trusted local florist instead.
