Online purchase website was very straightforward in convered payments to AUD and I was able to select the flowers for the occasion that I was looking for. The flowers where delivery a bit late. My Family received the flowers and sent me a photo. The fresh 12 white roses looked absolutely beautiful and fresh. I am a very happy customer from Australia and I would buy again if needed. In the case of this service, two key issues are: the aesthetics of the bouquet and the quality of delivery. While the appearance of the bouquet was at a very high level and it was really beautiful, unfortunately I cannot express a positive opinion about the delivery. Delivered at the last minute. Flowers were left outside the door, just off the sidewalk, and the courier made no attempt to press the bell. They were found accidentally while leaving the house.

I ordered flowers to be sent to Vietnam. They did an excellent service of calling the vietnamese recipient to confirm the address and then successfully deliver it. I am impressed by their effort to find the address and the bouquet was beautifully crafted!

Everything went smoothly. The flowers were beautiful, found the address. If something is missed to complete your bouquet they contacted, you. I really appreciated this; the outcome was wonderful. The recipient adored the flowers. grateful i found this business.

Even though my experience was almost ruined by a delay caused by Paypal, the communication with the florist was excellent. I managed to get rid of Paypal and use a better and quicker method to lace the order just in time and thanks to the trouble and help of the internetflorist the flowers were delivered in Chongqing in time.

I ordered a delivery 2 weeks in advance with "whole day" delivery possible. Flowers arrived already in the morning in perfect condition.

The bouquet we ordered arrived on time and to our satisfaction.

The flowers looked very disorganized and just stuck in a vase. It was bare on one side.with just greenery. I have a picture and wish there was a place to post in order to see... Thankfully it was the thought that counts and she was thrilled to even be recieving them from the other side of the world...but it's definitely an arrangement I wouldn't buy if I saw it in person first.

We received a bouquet that had nothing to do with the picture eventhough we went for the deluxe option. Some flowers were withered and the color were not as in the picture.
