Dont buy from this place, takes ages to get here. Then when it does half of order is missing and they ignore u.

I've just been scammed by this company. I bought three dresses, was charged the incorrect amount. When I tried to cancel, I was told they could not find my order. I'm going to report them for fraud.

After waiting months i then recieved message saying Royal mail had delivered item, next min another message saying couldnt deliver. I have been onto customer service who said i have to contact Royal mail, i have no information, then they told me Evri delivered it i need to contact them. I dont believe this is a legit site i think its all just a scam, people dont worry too much because not a huge ammount of money but add up all the small ammounts & it equats to lots. I would advice anyone to avoid this so called company.

21358S84843 never received my order, order number 21358S84843. I requested refund but without success. Bssically pocketing my money for nothing. I dont believe the tracking . It says custom cleared in january in the Uk so why i have never received it then. It is mid march!

SCAM. I ordered items 6 weeks ago. Tracking information was initially sent then all communication stopped. My parcel is supposedly in Edinburgh. AVOID at all costs.

If I could give less than one star, I definitely would. After seeing this company advertise on a social media page and seeing good reviews on their site, I placed my order in February. People reviewed good things about the product I ordered and delivery within 3 weeks, so when this time frame passed I contacted the company. They replied to say that they will chase the courier company and I will receive my order. The tracking information updated every 3 days, however when the parcel supposedly arrived in my country, it was there for over a week. I sent a few more emails and they replied with the same message. I waited for nearly 6 weeks for the order to arrive since placing it and then I checked trustpilot. A lot of these bad reviews are about the same issues and luckily I have managed to get a refund through PayPal. I’d urge anyone not to order from this company as they don’t deliver the goods and then don’t like it when you challenge them for a refund.

AVOID!!! Awful company, never received my order I placed 2 months ago, the tracking system says it’s sitting in Manchester for the last 2 weeks, clearly lost or their tracking system is fake!!!
I’ve asked for a refund or a duplicate to be sent out and I’ve asked for details of the tracking company to which they won’t do any.
They keep saying our anxiety is not less than yours!! I tried to leave a negative review on their website disappeared.
I’ve sent countless emails and they just keep saying they are urging shipping company to update their details and please wait!!

If I could put a zero I would. Bought the viral jumpsuits and they were not what was advertised. If you think you are getting the structured thick tummy control jumpsuits you are in for a shock. They were super thin no structure and flimsy and baggy at the crotch and around the ankles. It’s obvious they steal pictures of the real deal and send customer rubbish. Requested a refund which was a headache. Poor customer service. They delete honest reviews from their page, do not waste your time or money on this site.

I wished I read the reviews prior to making an order. I now have read other people’s reviews and it is identical to my experience.

My experience, They send me a wrong order, quality of product is completely different from the pictures, really bad sizing, customer service extremely poor, lady offered me £3, when I pay over £70 for products telling me the price is cheap. I ordered two different sizes of each product they insist I should keep it or give it to someone. The lady tells me she’s not making a profit and insists they send me the right order. I also waited long for my order. I’m fighting with them to return my order for a full refund and they’re refusing.

AVOID THIS COMPANY, don’t buy from them. A complete scam!

I bought a flying orb ball as a Christmas present. The product did not work and the customer service to get this resolved is appalling. Offered me £3 I paid more then this. The lady dealing with the refund then went onto say that she has to pay for the refund out of her own salary which is not a lot for her so she couldn't afford give me the full refund. This is very bad if this is true and a corrupt company. Blunt and unprofessional service. Terrible product. Do not buy from here.

Bought 3 orb balls for christmas presents.
Neither work and the charging leads do not fit the product rendering it useless. The customer service is automated and they want me to pay extortionate amounts to return the product to China which is more than the cost of the products !!!
The company are allegedly from England so not sure why return is to China.

Product absolutely nothing like the advertisement - both size (ordered 6-8 and is more like an 18) item is also NOT as advertised both in description and image and refusual to return or refund. Disgraceful company and items ! AVOID !!!

Do not buy from this company!!! Ordered a dress 8 weeks ago, have chased it up, heard nothing and they have taken my money! Absolute con!

Avoid!!! Ordered nearly 5 weeks ago and still haven’t received anything. I have emailed numerous times just to be told they will try and reach the courier and to wait patiently 🤔. No tracking number so you’re just waiting with no guarantee of purchase, apart from the fact they’ve taken your money!! Thankfully I was able to get a refund through PayPal.

I saw a sponsored ad on Facebook for a flying ball. It had thousands of comments about how good the product was. Paid for the item, the amount shown was correct, then I got a notification via my banking app telling me I’d spent much more with the company. When I checked the transaction I realised the company deducted more than the item was, more than the payment amount I authorised. When I contacted, I asked them for a refund and explained the situation. After several days they replied claiming that it was a ‘system error’. I’ve asked more times than I can count for a refund now and I’m getting nowhere. They will not process one! I’m now going to have to lodge a complaint with my bank to claim the money back! Please, please, please do not order from this company. They stole money from my account and despite advising this was a system error they still refuse to refund me. Poor customer service, if you can even reach them. Avoid!

I placed an order on 28th of August. It still hadn’t arrived 4 weeks later and tracking details had stalled. Customer service said it was still in transit. They refused to give me a refund after four weeks, then six weeks. They keep telling me the parcel will arrive. I did get a refund through PayPal.
