Absolutely a scam, I ordered 2 date night books and was sent wrapping paper. Not a book in sight, pictures are not what is sent. So not be fooled, save yourself and save Ur money from a fraudulent company. I thought I was safe paying with PayPal. But no, still unable to get my money back. I have been fooled, and have paid the price. Don't let yourself be the next victim of this scam.

After seeing an advert for date with a book I thought how lovely u choose a book genre and recieve a lovely box filed with gifts like bookmarks pens stickers flowers ect and it's from America
What I received after a month of waiting and finding out its actually a company in China I got a few pages of a book about a dog no more than 10 pages not even a full story I wanted a romance novel amd I got some string and stickers it didn't come all nicely packaged like advert showed was in a bag and ridiculous load of rubbish please do not use I tried to get mkney back with PayPal but yhey wanted me to return the item which would cost at least £20 of not more and I wasn't gonna put myself out of pocket even more so I went to my bank currently waiting on a claim but I also found out from my bank they had set up reoccurring payments on my account!!!!! The bank said they will block these let's hope they do as I had no idea they had done that just thought warn others it's a complete Scam do not use

I did order "Date with a book" and received 2 pamphlets instead also for a genre completely different from the one I have requested.
Now I have asked for a refund but I doubt I will see it.

I ordered 2 ‘surprise date with a book. One was supposed to be a thriller, the other a romance. They arrived and were both the same, poorly copied pamphlets. NOT a book.
Do not buy from this company. Total rip off!

What a con!

Waited over a month for 2 pamphlets, which were supposed to be books, a few stickers, bookmark and a pen. Only just seen this review page after receiving it.

If I could get away with no stars I would. I had seen a lovely video on Instagram for a book that you pick a subject and then they send you a "mystery" book, with bookmarks, post it notes, pens, paper, so what did I get, a flimsy pamphlet, a pen that doesn't work, 2 post it notes and some Christmas stickers! It took a month to get to the UK from the US, having to go through "customs" and I would urge everyone to avoid this company. I have asked for a refund and am waiting on that response. Total and utter scam and I can't believe I fell for it. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Ordered a blind day with a book and it's took almost 2 months to come and the 1st got lost then when iv received it all I have received is a pen a sheet of stickers annotation tabs no books at all complete waste of money won't be ordering again

I should have read these reviews before falling for it.
Scam. I realize now I'm getting totally fake updates saying coming from US, cleared customs etc
Then supposedly in transit in UK,
then, when challenged as to whereabouts, get 2 messages, one supposedly rejected by
customs and being re sent, other with a tracking number saying on way from China...!!!
I'm usually pretty careful so absolutely kicking myself for my stupidity.

Absolute scam! Claimed to send from US but was China. Didn't apply the discount then lied that they did. Item was not as described. Crappy, low quality 'book' (it was thinner than a lidl magazine) and sad packaging that did not match what was promised at all. Seller claimed it was exactly what I ordered and in the right way and offered £3 refund (that was less than the discount I was meant to get) and then full refund if returned (Chinese address and postal costs of over £15 on an £23 order). PayPal were off no help. Absolute scam. Do not shop here!

UPDATE: Disputed with PayPal. Took a month to review claim and they refused my claim stating I provided no evidence or response despite sending them multiple pictures, receipts, advertised vs received purchased. Honestly, a joke! Avoid!!!!

It is an absolute waste of time to even contemplate ordering from here. Took them forever to get the order (claimed it came from America; I see now that that was a lie) and when it does arrive, it is the saddest looking parcel I've ever had. Had to bury around in the packaging it was supposed to come in to find the shortest and worst stories ever, and neither are in the genres I picked. The arrayment of other items were also lacking. I honestly wish I had seen these reviews first before looking at it cause this is a joke and it is vile that the company isn't getting noticed for the scammers that they are.

I ordered 2 spicy romance suprise date with a book and just received 2 chapters in a booklet with a few stickers a pen and a couple of flowers shoved in an envelope don't use this company

Ordered trousers about 6 months ago still haven't received them quick enough to take my money ,no contact from company whatsoever!

I wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered, absolutely rubbish, ordered a book got a couple pages not even a full book and a couple sticker. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Complete scam,the items that arrived were nothing like the items I thought I had purchased and it took over 6 weeks to arrive.They advised on the emails re tracking parcel as if was coming from the United States but its from China. A complete con and waste of money. Do not use.

Another scam ,like all on here paid in full, no item recieved now months later. Chinese scam folk pretends its coming from America. Tries to get away with zero refund by not sending back to China.Truth all rubbish in a uk warehouse somewhere. Report to bank for full refund, they will give you your money, as bank has there bank details and get many calls from others like us.

Ordered date with a book. It's been over a month and I still haven't received anything. The tracking number they gave me only exists/works on their site, and my parcel has allegedly been in the UK with the courier (Parcelforce Cambridge) for almost a week without being delivered.

I ordered what was advertised as a book and received a 24 page paper magazine that doesnt even have a complete story. The genre I ordered was also incorrect. When I emailed to ask about a refund I was offered a £2 compensation. Extremely bad service and product

I ordered a date with a book. The package was very thin, and I knew instantly I had been scammed. You should actually be ashamed of yourselves. Taking hardworking people's money for a bit of string and a pathetic pamphlet. Disgraceful. You should be shut down.
