The Intermedia phone and fax system is incredibly good and robust enough programming wise to accomplish all our needs. Costco gave a great discount with Intermedia and we are very pleased with our business solution with them. The VoIP phone system and hardware are great also. Price is very competitive and good.

My company email was down and we cannot receive or send to outside the network.
We called up and got immediate help. Even though the problem wasn't on their side, we received clear instructions of what to do and tell our hosting provider to get it fixed.

Due to new insurance guidelines, I needed to enable 2-factor authentication for the users in my organization. Jennifer provided excellent support and was very friendly. Intermedia has the best support in the business and they always have answers for me.

Amazing customer service! Even when I called multiple times. Dennis was extremely helpful and deserves a raise!! I did not have the proper credentials, so he correctly denied my request and only provided limited information. Very impressed with their adherence to internal controls, while also being very kind and helpful!

Beware when you try to cancel
For eight years we were pleased with Intermedia. When they failed to respond to our request to update our system as we were moving, we cancelled, (04/27/22) or should I say we tried. May 9, they auto debited our account. We contacted them reminding them we cancelled. Today, 6/6/22, they debited our card again. After speaking to customer service, they agreed that I tried to cancel in May, agreed to refund June, - stated the request was "not confirmed" by them so they refused to refund May. (Phone Lines were ported from them 04/28/22). Other than knowingly and fraudulently charging two months of service after canceling, they would have received 5 stars.
