The bunch that arrived looked barely like the bunch I had selected. I recognise flowers are seasonal but I was disappointed and would not order from here again.

Flowers were great but delivery was very late in the day.

I ordered some flowers for my daughter who lives in Amsterdam, they were delivered on her birthday, and she was very happy to get them. Thank you Interflora for making this very easy to do.

I ordered flowers online to send to my in laws. The flowers were very disappointing. The difference between the picture online and what was sent is very noticeable. The picture had a variety of different flowers with lots of lovely vibrant colors. What I received was dull two colours. The flowers look like the scraps that are left at the end of a shift.

Beautiful presentation of what I requested

Not happy that I was emailed after lunchtime the day of the delivery to say there were no tulips and then my daughter did not get her delivery on the day of her birthday - very embarrassing, as I asked her how her present was and, of course, she was like What present. I was not given an alternative; just do you want to cancel or we will deliver tomorrow - because of the later email I had no time to organise anything else. Really poor service. I am now disappointed with your response. You did not email until 1.13 pm in the afternoona nd responded at 3 - your florist would have known in the morning they did not have the flowers, so why did it take until the afternoon to get back to me? You have made this look like it was my mistake again. Poor, poor service and not a great response when you are putting it on the customer for what could have been sorted out earlier in the day. Some people also work and cannot respond immediately, so the earlier we get notice, the better. Contacting me in the afternoon of the due date is not satisfactory.

I really wanted the flowers delivered on the Saturday. And when I purchased and put in the date for Saturday it accepted. Then the next day I got a message to say couldn't deliver Saturday cos its rural. Had to be friday. Thats ok. Understand but you need to put that in while doung purchase do yo no then. Not after. Other wise perfect thankyou
