I've been pleasantly surprised when more urgent matters (in my opinion) have been dealt with out of typical normal working hours, to the credit of the diligent team members at Intercity, and it's refreshing to feel like team members genuinely want to help and get matters resolved at the earliest opportunity, but are happy to work around you.
I've also been following them on Linkedin and am impressed with the types of posts/activities Intercity are involved with both specifically in the world of 'IT' but also in recognising team members for their achievements and rewarding them appropriately.
