As a person over 70 and executor dealing with a now empty propery I found the website very easy to navigate, plenty of advice on the insurance levels and easy to set up cover needed at a fair price. The ability to choose length of term was welcome with easy renew if needed. Communication and attached documents by email made record keeping easy too. Many thanks

Relatively simple to set up insurance for an uninhabited property going through a probate sale - with more realistic conditions than some policies around the frequency of carrying out inspections.
Once the property was sold, I received a full pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the Insurance, with no cancellation fees. Of course, this seems 'perfectly reasonable' - as with this type of insurance, all parties know from the outset that the policy will be cancelled as soon as the property is sold. However, 'perfectly reasonable' is not the norm when dealing with insurance !! So this was nice to experience.

Probate property insurance that actually provided reasonable cover and attendance at property only once every 30 days, unlike some insurance elsewhere that required a visit every week. Upon sale of the property Rob arranged for cancellation of the policy and refund of the unused period without delay. Would recommend.

When my parents had to move into residential care I didn't know where to start in obtaining insurance cover for their property. Many insurers do not want to cover properties left empty in such circumstances, including the company my parents had been with for many years. Easy to deal with.

Good price, easy to deal with and when the house sale was completed sooner than I’d allowed for, the unused portion of the premium was very quickly calculated and repaid. Hope I don’t have to but wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I took out unoccupied property insurance for my late father’s house. The process with Insuristic was straightforward and easy to arrange. When the house was finally sold after 7 months Insuristic were very prompt in refunding the remainder of the policy. Would highly recommend them.
