My policy was due for renewal on 16…
My policy was due for renewal on 16 July, I thought automatically. But some days before I was told that I had failed to renew and should reapply. I thus seen to have lost out on a possible 20% discount.

Renewal process didn't work as expected, due to my own banking issues. I received a prompt e mail informing me that the renewal did not occur.
I called the office and received great help with identifying the issue and completing the renewal process.
As ever I hope not to need to use the policy. I did not note the name of the lady who dealt with me? Maria?
