Straight forward process in renewing policy. From previous direct contact with staff found them very helpful and professional.
Hopefully price will not continue to increase annually.

easy to use website, no complaints, better value than purchasing insurance for each trip as an add on to your plane tickets. peace of mind when travelling to the USA in particular where a medical emergency could run into a huge bill.

Great peace of mind with these guys👌
To be fair, they give good rates, but more importantly they take on-board your med condition/s. Which is a big plus.
Staff were polite and helpful, so can't complain.

Great for customer service. I tried getting an online quote but then just picked up the phone and called them. It was so nice and easy. I have Multiple Sclerosis so needed to be sure I got the highest level of cover. The customer service agent was knowledgeable and helped me set up my new annual travel policy. Easy peasy and let's hope I don't need it! Thanks Insure&Go 😊
