Ice bath must have
The pipe insulation was for an ice bath. Due to location of bath within a building and chiller outside without lagging the.pipes had constant condensation. The lagging bought was easy to fit ( perfectly fitted budget) and cured the condensation. To Bake off - no soggy bottom.

The order was not delivered to the correct address which I accept happens, but I emailed the company 3 days in a row and never received a response, I cancelled the order and requested my money back and to date not received a reply on that either.

The lady I dealt with went above and beyond. Getting samples out to me the next day and my actual order was next day too. She answered any technical questions I had and she wasn’t afraid to check with colleagues. Product is great and exceeds what I wanted. Would buy from again
