Doctor was very cold, abrupt and quite dismissive - I felt as though I was using up valuable time even though I paid $50 for a 2 minute call. Got what I needed, however, the experience wasn’t the best.

Why do I have to speak to a doctor so often when I re order this medication? Also why cant I ever get a repeat?

I already paid for my medical certificate but I can’t download and customer support didn’t help west of money

The doctor was incredibly kind and understanding. She clearly stated the reasons of my sickness and not only gave me an easy to access prescription she also gave me advice on where to get additional remedies that can reduce my symptoms

Amazing service. Quick response, at a time that is convenient for people that work, and no after hours penalty fee!

They cancelled my prescription after i made a complaint about their unprofessional behaviour toward me, which feels a lot like retaliation.

They also make misleading claims when you're booking which I've reported to ACCC - they can charge you more for providing no additional service by misleading you to book as a different type of appointment. The complaints process is impossible, it's like they don't care that people's lives are at risk when they don't fulfill their duties.

I had a very good experience at InstantScripts and had a Doctor appointment on the very same day within two hours. If I were to go to a local GP, I had to wait for three to five days even to get the first consultation appointment. Also, had a shame-free and non-judgmental consultation on the Video call.

Highly recommended and trustworthy service available when you need it.

Horrible, the AI chat bot gives misinformation and doesn't help. I was trying to request a medical certificate for my daughter because apparently it's okay to get one if 'parent or legal guardian requests it for them' then after i buy it it says you cant and you need a telehealth consultation or something. CONFUSING!

I will never ever use this website again. Was recommended to have a full panel of blood test, that was not accepted by Instant Script, for still unknown reasons. The doctor on the phone was rude, kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain, could not give me the reason she did not agree to refer me for what was needed. Sent a feedback email and they offered me a credit but who would want to use them again after this kind of experience. Eventually the results came back and I received a request to book in to talk about it, so I used the credit provided. (That was not allocated to my account as per their email, I had to request them to action it - anyway) then they called me, and said : we are not sure what to talk about, your results look good. And I was speechless. Why would you waist people’s time like this. Will never use it again.

Rubbish service, doctor provided only 2 scripts for blood pressure medication. Normally get 6. So $17 of medicine cost $49. And when I questioned them about it they said scripts are regulated more heavily through telehealth but that's an outright lie. Won't use this garbage service again.

Rushed off the call. Not listened to.only receive 1 repeat for 49 dollars. Not recommended.

First time I booked pathology I received the results no problem, fee was reasonable.
Second time I booked they locked my results unless I pay for another consult despite the fact the notification said there was nothing to discuss. Deceptive money grabbers.

Dr was very blunt, I was in the middle of explaining something and he cut off the conversation and pretty much said we’re done, I’ll send you the referral now and that was it,

For something that is supposed to be an exciting time for me he was very uninterested

I’ve been using Instant Scripts for a few years now, usually when I can’t get fitted in by our usual local GP. They are a great service. I think some of the negative reviews are because people have unrealistic expectations. Doctors have a duty of care and some things can’t be prescribed for the first time without a face to face consult where various physical checks have to be conducted and they need access to past medical records to make informed diagnostic and prescribing decisions. In other words people have criticised the doctors in their reviews for being responsible health care professionals. This isn’t a service where you get to decide what you want and the doctor writes a script. It is a professional medical service and the doctors always take due diligence.

Able to arrange a medical certificate and have it ready to send to work in advance of the working day. Quick easy and now able to rest and try to recover.
