used to be a good casino, idk anymore

Okey so the sight is alright good amount of slots and live stuff and everything worked for me after i verifed my income and that I own the cards I used and so on.

But idk if it only for me but now my withdarws are pending and not just for 24 hours but i have waited days and still no progress.

I used to get my withdraws accpted with in 24 hours but now it still not accpted and its been 3 days and everytime i write to support they se the relevent team have got in the request but due to high request of withdraws at the time withdraws are delayed, but they will fix it as soon as possible.

every single day for 3 days they said so, idk if something fishy is going on but I got the same answer for 3 days in a row now. idk something feels off

Update:
I got in contact with complaints@instantcasino and they manged to fix my problem right away and I got my money. Otherwise what happend it is a great casino with bunch of diffrent slots and live games

They claim to have fast withdrawals but thats fails you need to wait for days !
But overall its a ok casino. But the withdrawals are needing some work for real... promoting on the website to have instant withdraws but its far off that.

Stay away

After an initial bad experience at their casino I cancelled my account. Afterwards I accidentally sent some crypto to my cancelled Instant Casino account. I contacted them to return it as I couldn't log into the account do to it being cancelled. Over a week later...still no return. Getting back excuses like "it's not possible to send crypto to a cancelled account" even though I gave them the trxID "it's under review" "sorry for the delay, we are experiencing a high level of transactions atm" etc

Constant withdrawal delays

I have been a customer of this casino for some time. However the withdrawals take days to be processed.

The most recent withdrawal I have been waiting over 25 hours and still not processed shows as initiated a previous withdrawal was not processed for over 48 hours.

Live chat were not helpful at all would not give accurate timescales just repeat themselves.
Complaints do not respond to the emails either.

Will I even get my most recent withdrawal paid out no one knows.

For a casino that says its instant withdrawals this is poor.

I want to warn others about my very negative experience with EOD Code SRL, the company that owns this site. This company has been operating in the Netherlands despite not being legally authorized to do so. They have already faced penalties and fines for their unlawful activities, yet they continue to present themselves as legitimate.
In my case, EOD Code SRL owes me a substantial amount of money that they have failed to repay. Repeated attempts to resolve this matter have been ignored, leaving me with both financial losses and a deep sense of frustration. Their lack of accountability and disregard for the law is unacceptable.
I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious and to avoid doing business with EOD Code SRL until they demonstrate compliance with regulations and fulfill their outstanding obligations.

Deposits for a total of 3k+ is not a problem but when u want to make a withdraw of only 250 u have to wait over 5 days and still counting. First after 36 hours u get a message that u need to do a KYC. After the KYC is complete (approved) i am already waiting for 62 hours and all they say is have a little patience. Its not even close to a 'instant' casino. So be aware what u start if u go play here

I am waiting withdrawal for 39 hours

I’ve been playing with this casino for a long time, but this is the first time I’ve had to wait 39 hours for a withdrawal. Support is no help at all, they just keep repeating that there are “enormous amounts of withdrawals” being processed. Come on, you can’t present yourself as a casino with instant withdrawals when people are waiting for days. And judging by the reviews here, the whole situation looks suspicious.

I would have given 5 Stars

I would have given 5 Stars, but Im waiting for a withdraw more then 2 days now and its very small. Support isnt Helping, told me they gave my case to the right departmend and i even wrote an Email already. No response, the withdraw is not even 10% of my deposits and no progress. Its initiated for Almost 3 days now.

I dont understand, even if i consider the 24h rule, it should be processed by now.
