Caution, no winnings.

Unfortunately, this is a super scam site. I fell victim and lost an astronomical amount Close to 4000 euros. There are no winnings on the site. It's all a lie. They take over the games. They decide whether to give you a win or not. One more thing. I realized that the withdrawal phase is not easy. So it's better not to connect to the site and play.

This casino is for fraud only, look at all people's comments that they could not withdraw their money until a month later and I am one of them I withdrew my money on October 3 and I have not received anything yet even though I meet all the conditions and contacted them on the email 4 october . RTP is a Ripoff

RTP of 94.11% for as good as every big provider as far as I have seen...Seriously guys, can you be more greedy? Why would anyone stay on that site, when there are legit sites that give "normal" RTPs.
Don't support those "legal ripoffs" guys!

Don’t use it (scam)

Don’t use it, they are scammers, I have used the website and they took me to coincasino pro, I’ve deposited over £500 and when I tried to get my winnings they started asking me for KYC (which I have done before deposit any money and asked them if everything is okay and they replied “yes”) I sent emails and screenshots and they kept asking me for more and blocked my account.

Delays withdrawals and reviews

Since joining, at first withdrawals were instant to my chosen withdrawal account. After a month, withdrawal times were more than 24hrs, and sometimes two, three days to the same account.

Verification requests also take time to process. They advise upto 24hrs, however it is alot longer, I am still waiting on their enhanced due diligence. During this process they will still accept deposits, however without withdrawal access.

I hope the enhanced due diligence will be finalised in time to receive my net loss, and that the withdrawal time will be instant.

Very bad experience. The supporting does not know how long will it take to get approved the cash out.

Scam Casino!!!!

Ive been waiting 5 days on my withdraw, everything is fine with depositing. But as soon as you hit something and want to cash out, they will block your account and they will say ur bank account is not yours, After sending 2 selfies and PDF of my bank. They still send a weird messages about that they removed your bank from your account because its not mine?????

This casino is a scam, never play here. Trust me, these guys will not pay you out!

They say i cant cash out with anything else then my bank they just blocked because its joined account (with my wife). I send them a selfie with id and now they create new rules (which is nowhere defined) DEFENITLY A SCAM!

And they say i have to withdraw with the same bank i have deposited with... Well thats the bank i cant use anymore because you blocked my account from your website....

Crypto withdrawal request they also blocked. So nothing left then getting a lawyer]

Ow and btw, for every1 thats talking with them atm with the same issue. You are talking with bots, they have no real people over there.

SCAM SITE - all funds lost

I waited 5 days for a withdrawal, and then on October 6, 2025, my account was deactivated for no reason. I had requested a withdrawal of €1,000, but my account had much more. I was assured that everything would be credited to me, but the next day it happened. Disappointing - service gone downhill

Really disappointed as I’ve played at this casino for over a year and have never had an issue. Have even been a VIP (although apparently I no longer qualify for whatever reason- no one told me!). Withdrawals used to be pretty instant, or within a few hours. I’ve now been waiting nearly 72 hours and still nothing. Live chat give stock answers of “we have a lot to work through, we’ll email you when it’s been processed”. No response to emails on either support or complaint emails. Once this withdrawal is complete, I don’t think I’ll play here again. Which is a shame as there are good games, good bonus buys and weekly cashback. Very disappointed.

Withdrawal wait times letting them down

I’ve been playing on instant casino for quite some time now and I’ve never had to wait this long for a withdrawal, it’s day 3 now and still not processed. It used to be instant or an hour or so but always within 24 hours. Spoken to quite a few people on Live chat and keep getting the same thing, they just keep telling me there’s a lot of withdrawals to get through and ‘it’s processing as we speak’ and to look out for an Email once it’s complete but then hours later its still just sat there, not processed. They actually have real customer service

My money got stolen

Frustrating verification process
