Good idea, bad service.
Purchasing from instamotion was below par in multiple situations. From lack of proper explanations to deadlines not being met, I was not impressed and really didn't see the point of hiring the service.
The car doesn't come with a spare tire or winter tires (which I requested and was willing to pay for). The car doesn't come with mats, so it is now on me to get mats before it gets dirty inside.
The car didn't come clean outside, with multiple scratches and a lot of noises from the engine.
I really like the idea, but I didn't like the service.

The waiting time was 6 week long. At least, the car has been perfect so far. They blamed the bank for the long waiting time.

Terrible initial call
Just received a salesman call based on my request, attitude frozen as ice. Gave me the feeling that there are just too many demand that he is not interested to make effort for sale. He told me that first I need to do the financing and after bank agrees to my financing request then he could talk about the car. What is the purpose of "Anfrage zum Fahrzeug" then if you are not giving me any info? Is this the way how it is for only car purchase? I have never experienced something like this.
Anyway, really bad first experience. If they are this cold in initial call, can't imagine what happen after the payment. Anyway, I will not do my business here, unfortunate.

Good experience in some places, not others.
The experience was very good in some ways, in others not so much. I just had some small problems in choosing the car, because whenever I chose one, it had already been sold. I had my process denied several times for having made several attempts, this ended up generating distrust in the bank, which led to an increase in my financing rate. I ended up choosing the company, because they always answered me, the business worked despite the higher rate, the car was delivered perfectly, I am very satisfied with the car, it was a dream come true, I hope I don't have all these problems in a future exchange.

All in all it was a good
All in all it was a good, friendly and serious service from instamotion. Over that the car I have bought is great and exactly how instamotion had described it. Only the delivery from some car papers was a little bit slow.

Overall very good, would recommend
Overall very good, some minor hiccups but would for sure recommend them.
Choosing a car was very easy, sales helped out very well but stopped responding once we closed the deal.
The registration took too long but that's due to Corona, the delivery was very good the car was very clean & customer service is very responsive.
Special thanks to Mihajlo Krajic who has been patient enough with me during the first two weeks as I had some worries about a potential failure in the car.
Everything was checked & cleared by BMW, and overall I wouldn't choose another way to buy a trusted used car.
