Nichola hosted a 2 hour online seminar for us about workplace ergonomics. This was very helpful to deepen our knowledge on this subject. Dataflex is a producer of ergonomic workplace accessories and it was really helpful to have her help us to discuss the pro’s and con’s of the various solutions which are out there on the market. Also the impact of current topics such as flex desking and working from home in relation to workplace ergonomics was very useful to discuss.
So whether you want to ask her for top level advice on workplace ergonomics or to simply have her assess actual workstations we would highly recommend her.

I was told about Nichola's Healthy Home Office session by my husband who had been to it through his work. From the moment I got in touch with Nichola she was great - she was personable, knowledgeable and accommodating. She delivered a fantastic session which our employees really engaged with and left feeling much more aware of how they should set up their workstations for their wellbeing whilst we all work from home. Inspired Ergonomics session was very informative and led in a very interactive way. This session offered a lot of useful tips on work station set up at home and injury prevention. It was spot on for the lockdown with all our employees working from home for so many months. I highly recommend it.

Nichola was really lovely and super helpful for our team. Myself in particular suffered greatly with arm and back pain due to my posture, and from day 1 following Nichola's assessment and advice the pain has gone away. She really highlighted the importance of good posture that otherwise is greatly overlooked and can cause problems down the line if not addressed.
