The staff were very pleasant and helpfully for my needs.

I was served by a lady who went to ALL extremes to assist me .After presenting myself as a novice painter she studied the paint asked for and noted l needed an undercoat for what l was painting and it took her atleast 4 attempts to gain the correct undercoat colour l mean “How Professional “ apologising all the way but l understood why.
The prices are great ,their knowledge is excellent and service was excellent as soon as l walked in. No Waiting like some other large stores.And everything you need is just there right in front of you.

We were so happy with the customer service we got and helpfulness that Edwen gave us. Also the shop was neat tidy and well presented.

I appreciate the advice in regards to the correct paint product. The staff were very helpful and friendly, however, one thing that didn't go quite as planned. Applying the two pack paint with a foam roller created lots of tiny bubbles which didn't go away. After a good sand and applying a second coat, (which I did with a brush), worked out very good. Much better than I expected
