Excellent service, most parcels arrive promptly and the lockers are easy to use. It's a great delivery option to have.
Never collected from one of these barcode things I did ask some young ladies to help. So hopefully if I order again I will find someone to help me
I couldn’t change the address because I accidentally did the wrong one
Arrived on time and in perfect condition - thank you for a good service.
Still waiting for a parcel Even though it says delivery was 6th June
Requested to my parcel to be delivered to my local post office. Inpost advised delivery time between 1.20-3.30pm, i recieved a attempted deliver failure due to wrong address or persons not in message from inpost at 8.30pm, long after the post office is closed. Another attempt to delivery to the post on a Saturday at 5.30pm, post office closes early on a Saturday. I had to call inpost several times to amend my delivery address as the website would not let me do it. I was told to call back as a manager needed to approve the amendments. Shein Ltd had to make enquiries and push for some sort of action by inpost. In the end inpost decided to delivery my parcel to my nearest tesco express store.
I literally crossed the road, scanned the barcode, placed my parcel in the box and I was done. I had an email immediately to say it was done! It was my first time as well!
Never used InPost before but it was so easy! Got a parcel delivered to an InPost locker near where I live and my parcel was ready to collect after a couple of days and I was sent a qr code and a number to use either and worked so easily I’ll be using InPost for any parcels now and would recommend to anyone!
I couldn't collect my parcel. It didn't scan didn't recognise the manual no and would not open
Brilliant once I found it.

Not where it shows on Google maps. It's in-between FatFace and another building.
