I got simultaneous messages from Yodel and Inpost about the same delivery. Wasted time trying to find the picture on InPost app until I figured out it was the same parcel. Total waste of time.

I tried to return this package Saturday the post office i selected closed at lunchtime,?ivtried again on Monday morning, the post office id closed, how do i return the package? Can i use another post office even though i selected this specific one
Locker screen stopped working since Saturday morning. Monday afternoon still not fixed and calling forwards you to a call center that barely speaks English and doesn’t help, doesn’t offer solutions, puts you on hold 3 times or more, and is unable to escalate to a supervisor. Now my parcels will be sent back and it’s not even my fault. I’ve seen loads of people here complaining too and it’s a big shame for inpost to leave so many people stranded. My call center rep was named Tanvi.
